Loser x Ruby (Human)

So, I've recently started shipping these two, (Mainly because they're both gems??) But also they do look great together honestly! There needs to be more ship art with these two In my opinion-

(This Is my human ship art of loser and ruby! I'll say when pictures belong to me. This Is on the BFB Amino, but I changed a few things for this story.)

~No one's POV~

"Ruby! Don't I look beautiful?" Flower makes different poses to show ruby. "Yes, You look gorgeous!" Ruby starts gasping up flower. She wanted to keep her happy, but lately, she has been thinking that flower just appreciates her because she thinks that flower Is beautiful.

"Loser! Loser! Loser!"

Everyone on "The Losers" was cheering for loser as he grins to his team, "There's enough of me to go around!" It seems like he's living a great life right now. Ruby sighs to herself as she says In her head, "Does flower only like me because I love her looks?"

Then, she says to flower, "Well, I'm gonna go now. See ya flower!" Ruby walks away. "Bye ruby!" Flower waves. Ruby walks past loser's team, sighing as she starts asking herself questions. "What does he have that I don't? Do I even have true friends? How come he's more popular than me?"

Bubble sees ruby looking upset, and decided to talk to her. "Ruby, What's wrong? Why do you look upset?" Ruby looks up at bubble. "It's nothing, bubble..." She then looks down. "I always know when something's bothering you." Bubble holds ruby's hand. "Well, lately, I have been thinking that flower only likes me because I think she's beautiful..." Ruby says to bubble.

"Ruby! That's not true! I think your a great friend, and I don't need you to think anything of me!" Bubble then hugs ruby. "Thank you, bubble. That means a lot..." Ruby smiles as she walks away, waving at bubble as bubble does the same. "At least bubble's on my side..." Then, ruby went to a jawbreaker.

"I still can't believe we had to lick jawbreakers to find a teammate for one of our contests. That was very strange..." She scratched her head. Soon, she noticed that someone was walking up to her. "Oh, hi ruby! I didn't see you!" It was loser. "Hey loser. How's It going?" Ruby asked him. "It's going really well! Being here on Battle for BFDI Is really fun for me! Plus, I made some amazing friends!" He smiles brightly. "I guess he has a more better reputation than me..." Ruby thought.

"Hey ruby, are you feeling alright? You haven't been your happy self these days." Loser questions. "I-I... I am happy! Things are really swell!" She does a thumbs up motion with her hand. "Are you sure? I'm getting kind of worried about you..." Now, he was started to get scared. Ruby had these thoughts In her head, "Am I really good enough? Does anyone appreciate me? Should I stay away from everyone?" She then falls to her knees, and starts to tear up.

Loser gasps, "Ruby! What happened?!" She looks up at him. "Loser... Am I good enough...?" He blinks. "What do you mean?" Ruby looks down. "Am I good enough to have friends? To have anyone to actually like me for who I am, and not to like them for only one thing?" Loser's eyes widen. "How can you say that? You have bubble on your side, don't you? What about match and pencil?" Then, loser picks up ruby. "But match and pencil don't care about me. They say I'm a "Member" on Iance. But somehow, I'm started not to like what they do anymore. They made bubble a "Bember" which makes absolutely no sense!"

"Don't take that from them! They don't have the right to make you Into anything they want! Listen, even though you think that no one cares about you, there is someone who does." Ruby tilts her head to the side. "Who would that be?" Loser then hugs her. "I do." Ruby's face heats up a bit. "Oh..." She then smiles. "You do?" He smiles back, "Yes. I do. Please, don't let anyone bring you down. Your a very special person to me, and I wouldn't want to see you so upset like this..."

Ruby smiles at loser as he smiles back again. It was like their smiling was never going to stop. They both got lost In each other's eyes, and they blush a little. Soon, they leaned In. But then, ruby's eyes widen as she pulls back quickly. "Oh my God! I am so sorry loser! I didn't know what I was doing! What was I thinking?!" Loser just stares at her. "Ruby..." She turns to him. "W-What?"

"I wasn't done..." Ruby looked confused. "Um, what d-do you mean-" She got cut off with loser gently pressing his lips on her's. Her eyes widen once again, but slowly shuts them as she kisses back. They both tilted their heads to deepen the kiss. About two minutes later, they pulled away, catching their breath.

"W-Woah... That was... Amazing..." Ruby said as she looks at the ground, becoming a blushing mess. "I never realized you would be a great kisser, ruby..." Loser hugs ruby tightly. "I love you..." Ruby smiles shyly, hugging him back. "I love you too, loser!" Now, she had tears of joy. "Loser, do me a favor, never leave me... Please...?" Loser nods. "I would never leave you for anyone, I promise." They both sat down and cuddled as the sun went down. Ruby thinks to herself once more, "Loser really Is an amazing. Person..."
