It was Monday after classes and Scott was heading to practice. Just when he was getting at the main entrance, he saw Allison who walked right to him with a smile.

"Hi Allison" said Scott with a big smile.

"Hi, Scott. hey, first of all, I wanted to thank you for inviting me to your house the other day... kind of, I know I just show up uninvited, but it was very nice of you to offer me breakfast and let me stay with you and your friends, although I think they don't like me so much" said Allison with a little smile. Scott noticed that Allison seemed a little confused and hurt talking about Scott's friends.

"well, Cora's family doesn't trust easily in other people. Actually, it took a while before they trusted me completely" said Scott trying to reassure Allison.

"really?" asked her with a smile and a raised eyebrow.

"yes, it took a lot of time and talk to convince them that I was trustworthy. I even had a few fights with Derek the first time" said Scott with a little chuckle at the memory.

"wow, they seem so close to you that I thought that you were part of their family" said Allison while smiling at him.

"I kind of am, but that's now, in the past, the first few months after I met them things were more complicated" said Scott with a smile remembering things of the past with the Hales.

Allison was about to tell Scott something else when she noticed her father parking in front of the school.

"I'm sorry, I have to go, my father came to pick me up" said Allison with a little smile and a nervous tone. Scott smiled at her and got next to her.

"I'll walk you to your father" said Scott. Allison smiled at him and his words and nod her head.

Both started to walk to Chris vehicle, he noticed Scott next to Allison and his daughter smiling at the boy, so Chris got out of the car and walk to the other side so he was in front of Scott and Allison.

"Allison, who is your friend?" said Chris with a raised eyebrow and a suspicion look. Allison immediately got nervous and a little irritated at her father question. Scott only smiled and offered his hand.

"My name is Scott, Scott McCall. Nice to meet you Mr. Argent" said Scott with his hand raised. Chris look at Scott and his hand, and both shake hands with firm grips, Scott only smiled while Chris kept a serious face for a few more seconds before smiling.

"nice to meet you too. So, you are a friend of Allison?" asked Chris with defying tone.

"dad!" said Allison a little embarrassed. Scott only laughs a little at Allison's reaction.

"yes, I am. Or I would like to think so" said first with confidence, then he looked at Allison for confirmation. Allison looked at Scott and smiled at him before nodding.

Chris looked at his daughter and Scott, something was weird between both of them.

"we should go now" said Chris with a calm voice. Allison looked at her father and nod.

"okay. So, see you around I suppose. Ah... before I forget, the lacrosse team has a game in a few days, right?" asked Allison before entering the car. Chris was looking at her and Scott.

"yes, will you go to watch the game?" said Scott with a calm tone, already sure that Allison was thinking about going to see the game.

"I will, I have seen you in practice, but I want to support you during the game" said Allison with a confident look and a smile, Scott smiled at her.
