Chapter 2

Alli POV
This isn't fair. Why me. I hate Hate HATE working with people.
"Team this is Lightspeed. She is flashes daughter and black canary and my protege" He says the turns to me. "Be nice." I just scoff in response.
"Then stop making me be with people."
All he does is turns and walks away. I growl under my breath.
"I get the feeling she doesn't like people." A girl with black hair says.
"She's not a people person." KF said.
"Batman said play nice." Robin said. I turn to Robin.
"I don't give a damn about what bats said. He knows I Don't Play Nice Ever. Would he get mad if I hacked the computer."
"Let's start with introductions." Wally said grabbing my arm. I just glare at him.
"This is going to be Hell. Imma go on patrol." Robin grabbed my arm.
"Training." He said smirking. Black Canary walked in.
"You will be sparring against me today." BC said. "No powers or weapons." She finished. Everyone groaned. Everyone except me.
"Lightspeed your first." We get into a sparring position. She knows I know not to make the first move. The team is surprised when she makes the first move. She goes to punch me but I block. A flip over her and punch her. The floor announced she lost. The team just watched in amazement.
"How, What? Robin can't even do that." I look at M'gann rolling my eyes.
"Well when she's your other mentor it becomes simple." I just smirked.

About a hour later Bats walks in.
"Mission. I trust you to fight Joker." I tensed. Batman glanced at me. As we took of in the Martians ship thing, I was next to robin. I made no comment. Robin explained the plan. The mission went downhill very quickly. After Superboy blew our cover. Me and robin huddled down behind boxes. I explain a plan.
"Are you sure this will work?" He asked very uncertain.
"It worked before. Hopefully it will work now." He nods. The rest of the team was captured. We hear Jokers voice.
"If you want to save your team, come out and give yourself up." I nod at him. He walked out of our hiding place. The team looked shocked. At the same time I vibrated invisible and walked over to the team. I freed them as Joker lunges at Robin. He grabs him and places a knife to his throat.
"Come our Lightspeed. I know your DYING to save him." He said laughing. I glanced at the team before returning to our hiding place. I place a duplicate there and return to trying to free the team. My duplicate walked out and gave herself up. Joker plunged the knife into her heart. Robin let out a cry of disbelief. As did the team. I stop vibrating and the team looked at me.
"Don't ever do that again." KF said looking at me. I finish freeing the team. I don't say anything. After we get back from the mission Batman makes a decision.
"Lightspeed has proven she works better alone. I will be taking her off the team."
