It was a cloudy morning at 8 in the morning. A young girl named Bell, who is 17, was sitting next to her two closest and only friends, Blake, who is 18, and Johnathan, who is 15, on the school bus. "Did you hear about it?" Blake asked the two. "Hear about what?" Bell asked curiously. "That old, abandoned pizzaria has been discovered. All 5 of them. People say to this day that ghosts still roam around there...waiting" Blake responded in an eerie tone in his voice to try to scare them. Johnathan rolled his eyes politely and sighed "that's just a myth Blake... You can't believe everything on the news or from other people" he said maturely. Bell pondered at the thoughts 'waiting?...waiting for what exactly?'. She didnt want to ask her friends because she thought she might sound ignorant in believing a myth. For as naive as she already is. Their conversation was soon cut short once the bus came to an abrupt stop in front of the school building. "Highschool...a living, miserable trainwreck everyday. I wish something cool could happen in our lives without anything actually...changing...I don't know a better way to explain" Bell mumbled to herself while boarding off of the bus with Blake and Johnathan, hoping they didn't hear. The two boys heard.

-time skip-

By the time class was over. The three friends walked out the front doors of the school. "Hey guys.." Blake spoke with a mischief smile on the side of his face. "What is it?" Bell asked. Johnathan glanced up at Blake with a questionable face asking what. "We should go and explore the abandoned buildings ourselves.." Blake's smile grew wider. Bell's eyes widened with a mixture of shock, excitement, and nervousness inside. "I..don't think that's a good idea Blake. I mean, this isn't the Scooby-Doo gang that used to live. This is the 21st century." Johnathan replied in a concerned, bleakly worried serious tone. "And we aren't even close to being the Jetsons either now are we?" Blake spoke in a slight comeback, "Come on Johnathan! We sit up in school all day wasting the last pieces of our childhood years, though school is highly important. I'm not saying we flunk out. Heck no. But....for just 1 day we can all stop being stressed out. Just 1." he said in a laughing tone then faded to a bit of sadness. Bell nodded slowly. Johnathan looked down thinking, then looked back up and smiled kindly "alright." he said. Bell and Blake smiled back the same way in joy. Alright! Then it's settled. Let's all get our bags ready. Make..sure..to bring a flashlight, understand?" Blake added seriously. Bell nodded. Then Johnathan nodded comprehension.

night time at 11:00p.

Bell was waiting at the doors in front of one of the locations she and her friends agreed to meet in front of. She started to watch cautiously as a shadowy figure started to walk up to the building. Bell wasnt too afraid because she had a calm feeling it was nothing bad. She was right, Blake and Johnathan came up together to the door. Everyone was prepared. "Ok team, is everyone prepared?" Blake asked. Johnathan nodded. "Everyone is prepared" Bell answered for everybody. "Alright. Let's all go." Blake said as he started to push one of the dusty-glass doors open. Bell pushed the other door. Johnathan helped Blake. The dusty-glass doors creaked loudly. A big gust of wind blew in their faces as they tried their hardest to push through the heavy doors, then they made it. Bell sneezed from the wind. Blake and Johnathan coughed out some dust. A moment later, everyone clicked on their flashlight. "What a....dump." Bell spoke with an echo through the building. Inside of the pizzaria were tables with party hats neatly rowed on each side. The chairs were all rotted and unstable to sit on if you weren't careful. The stages were gone and the building smelled like rotten blood, making almost everyome sick to the stomach. The walls were ripped and torn with...blood markings? "What in the world?" Bell walked closer to the walls to observe. "What did you find?" Blake asked walking with Johnathan toward the wall. "I..I found blood." She spoke in slight disbelief.
Johnathan stood silently starting to have his doubts in believing it was all a myth. Blake stared at the wall for a moment with his flashlight shining on it. "Weird.." he said as he started walking around again. Johnathan walked into the kitchen with his flashlight to find everything old and moldy. "ew.." he said disgusted and walked back out. Bell walked down toward a dark hallway, shakily holding her flashlight as she walked. To the right door at the end of the hallway, Bell walked inside to a big open room. Blake and Johnathan didnt notice where she had gone until Blake did headcount. "Is everyone alright?" he asked in reassurance. Johnathan nodded and the two looked around for Bell, noticing she's gone. Meanwhile, Bell walked slowly into the room to find a light switch. "It would be so much better to see if I can." she said to herself. She heard Blake call in an echo through the building, "BELL WHERE ARE YOU? ARE YOU OK?". She turned around walking backwards to reply. She didn't notice she was walking right over a wood-boarded up hole in the ground that was very weak to hold weight due to it's rotting. "I'M BACK HERE. AND I AM O-" her response was cut short before she could say 'ok' by the sound of her own screaming as she fell through the 20 ft. tall hole that echoed through the pizzaria. Blake and Johnathan ran into down the hallway in a panic. Going into the room, they didn't stop first, to think about looking around the room first for any dangers. Distracted by panic, Blake and Johnathan ran straight into the hole not knowing it was there in the dark, then screamed.
As everyone screamed, it was covered into silence as they all met the floor.

*Finally, this is chapter 1. I might go on ahead and write chapter 2, then stop from there to see how this fanmade story will work out. Again, this was out of boredom.*
