May's POV

"Vic, I know you're pissed but just hear me out, alright?" Vic sighed.

"Alright. Go." I went into the full story of what happened and tried explaining how I thought I was doing a heroic thing but that it backfired on me.

Vic chuckled. "You shouldn't have done that, you know. You could have just called security and report them."

"I wasn't thinking, though." I said, pouting.

"Ah, but thinking is a good thing. It could of have gotten us out of this mess."

I glared at the wall. "Hey, we both got drunk and married each other, mister. Can't just blame me."

"You're right. Sorry, I've just been stressing about Warped Tour and stuff. It usually isn't stressful but I'm just worried word is going to get out about this marriage thing and I don't know what will happen." Vic said, sounding exhausted over the phone.

I sat down on my hotel bed, feeling tired as well. "Nothing too tragic will happen. Especially since the word won't get out if you don't wear the ring."

"Yeah so where are you now?"

"Just got bailed out by my uncle who is punishing me by placing me in my hotel room while they go have fun."

"You know you can't make it in time to Vegas, right?"

"Yeah. I guess I can meet you up in San Diego, right? Wendy's parents could wait a little longer."

"Yeah, just try not to do anymore stupid stuff, okay?" I rolled my eyes. This boy thinks I'm like that all the time. He don't know me!

"Yeah, yeah. Talk to you later. Bye."

"Bye."

"You know you two would make the best couple ever." I jumped at the sound of Wendy's voice from the closet door. She wore a plaid scarf and my black beanie on her head with my cousin's sunglasses.

I shook my head, laughing. "Vic and I would not make a good couple at all."

"You should probably call your friends. They have been calling nonstop since we got bailed." She said before twirling around, having fun with my clothes.

Taking a breath, I grabbed my phone and dialed the number of the one person I knew would probably help me sort out my mind...

Val's POV

"Ow baby! Lights on but your mom's not home, I'm sick of laying down alone! Hey! With this fever, fever, yeah!"

"If it's May, pick it up and tell her I'll come to the phone after my little chat with this one here." I said, staring down the man I tied up in the middle of the apartment I share with May while Ryan and Cherry watched the whole thing with wide eyes.

The man's eyes locked on mines, his dark eyes trying to intimidate me but I only narrowed mines slightly and he darted his gaze away, afraid to look again.

As he did, I let out a small chuckle and forced his gaze to me again with my hand. "Tell me... Why were you sneaking around my apartment, searching through my things?"

His muffled words were the only things heard and I realized I forgot to take the tape off. Oops.

"Hold on." With one quick swift movement with my hand, I ripped the tape off on his face.

"Ahh!" He screamed, feeling the pain he deserved for touching my stuff. I don't even let May touch my stuff without permission.

"Now why were you in my apartment, searching through my things? Huh? What were you looking for?"
