Boruto's pov 6 months later
Everything was finally in place, people knew about our relationship and it was good that people knew that we weren't as heartless as they think.
Since today is my dayoff, I'm chilling in the Hokage's office while Sarada does her work.

"You know there's many things you could do in a dayoff and you chose to spend the whole day with me" Sarada said while she continued signing documents. "I dunno, it's better to spend the whole day chilling in your office instead of spending the day training with Sasuke-Sensei" I cringed at the thought. "You know that's not actually a bad idea" Sarada pushed me out her office but by the time we were out her door we saw something disgusting.

"What?! Ewwwww!! PDA!!!" We complained in unison because we saw Sumire slammed to a the wall and Mitsuki making out with her. We both walked back in her office. "That was digusting you guys!!" I yelled at the couple from the inside, "Gomenasai!" I heard the 2 yell back. "Well it'd be better if I train by myself, see ya' around Salad" I said and left her office.

I arrived at the team 7 training and I met a few familiar faces on the way that includes Chou chou, Shikadai, Inojin, Wasabi, Namida, Denki and Iwabee. I unsheathed the Kusangi or Katana that Sasuke-Sensei gave me and threw it to the northern part of the training grounds and teleported there. "Hmmm still works like first time he taught me 8 years ago" I remembered the memory, I weaved hand signs and created 7 demon shurikens flying to my direction, I dodged them all and they all hit the trees behind me.

I was about to practice teleporting with my jougan till I felt a familiar chakra, "Sasuke-Sensei!" I turned to my Sensei wearing his black cloak and silent as always, "What are you doing here sensei?" I asked my teacher. "Your training is bland and I thought why not spar" he stated bluntly and I sweat dropped at his bluntness, "You know sensei-" I started, "No excuses you are going to spar against me" he said and teleported somewhere.

I jumped and activated my jougan, I saw him leaping toward me, I weaved hand signs and charged a chidori toward him but he disappeared. It turns out he teleported behind me he weaved hands signs, "Katon hokage no jutsu! (Fireball: Jutsu!" He blew fire toward me and part of my anbu uniform was burned. "Damn it" I muttered and weaved hand signs "Water style: water hail!" The water hit his bangs and revealed his rinnegan. His sharingan got in a Ameratsu face, "Ameratsu!" Black fire enveloped my mask and burned it. That's it! I landed on the ground and summoned Garaga and he summoned Aoda.

The two summoning snakes bit each other and with that my sensei decided to call that spar a draw. I breathed heavily while my sensei just looked at me with a blank face, "How come I'm breathing heavily while you're just sitting there?" I questioned him. "It didn't use most of my chakra, unlike yours" he bluntly said, "NANI?! How come?!" I yelled and he chuckled. "I've had Aoda since my teenage years while you on the other hand just got him 8 years ago in ryuuchi cave" he chuckled and I laughed at his statement. "One day Sensei, I'll be someone like you" I said and he ACTUALLY SMILED!

"That reminds me, Dobe told me  about that 'mission' what are you gonna do about it?" He reminded me. "You didn't tell her did you?" I asked "I didn't tell Sarada anything knowing her she wouldn't take this lightly" he stated and I bowed down. "Promise me Sensei, that she will continue to live her dream even if I'm gone" I stated, "You have my word" He stated and we left the training grounds.
