S O O - Y O U N G

During my lunch break, the girls and I ate at a nearby subway and made plans to hangout after work. I had just arrived at my cousin's house since I rode home with him.

I wanted to take a shower so before going to the bathroom, I went up to Vernon's room to grab a change of clothes. I knock on his door, waiting for him to open it.

"What's up?" He asks as I walk in.

"I just need some clothes." I tell him, walking towards his dresser.

I kneel down and open the bottom drawer that held all of the clothes that he let me leave here. I take out a pair of jeans, holding them up in front of me before taking out a top. I grab my calvin klein set that Vernon got for me before getting up.

"Where are you going?" He asks curiously from his desk.

"Shopping." I answer while shutting the drawer with my foot.

"Okay, have fun!" He smiles at me, "And stay safe!" He adds.

"I will, see ya!" I tell him as I walk out, shutting his door in the process.

I run my fingers through my hair that I just blow dried, looking at my reflection in the mirror. My lipstick matched the color of my hair which made me content with my appearance.

I get a notification from my group chat with the girls, saying they were outside. I text them back saying I'll be out in two minutes as I head downstairs.

"No, you mötherfücker!" I hear Wonwoo yell.

I shake my head as I watch him playing Mario Kart on his new Nintendo switch. I notice someone sitting on the couch next to him but don't pay any mind, walking into the kitchen. I look around and yet, my bag is nowhere in sight.

"Hey Wonwoo?" I hear Soo-young call out from the kitchen. "Have you seen my purse?" She asks.

"It's right here." I say while pointing down at the coffee table, not taking my eyes off of the tv.

She let out a sigh of relief before coming over and picking it up. I can see Mingyu staring at her from the corner of my eye.

"We should order some pizza." I say to him.

I turn to him, waiting for his response. He's still looking at her and probably didn't even notice what I said.

"Yah." I whisper as I nudge his arm.

[ Let's pretend his hair is black in this ]

He blinks once before quickly turning his head in my direction.

"Huh?" He looks lost.

"I'm going out with the girls." I hear Soo-young say from the front door.

"Okay, tell them I said hi." I hollered before she left.

I turn to look at my bestfriend. Oh, Mingyu.

As I sort through the dresses on the clothing rack, I hear Yeri gasp from beside me. The four of us snap our heads in her direction, startled by her.

"We should go clubbing tomorrow night!" She proposes.

I look at Seulgi and she shrugs, not hating the idea. Everyone else agreed. At first, we came to the mall just to get clothes but now we have a reason to shop. It didn't take us that long to find something since everything was so organized in the store.

After paying, we all decided to go to the sushi restaurant around the corner, for some food. Irene was telling us about the guy she started talking to as we walked through the large mall.

We turn the corner and I stop in my tracks to avoid bumping into the person that was walking towards me. She flinches before stopping in front of me. I hold back the urge to roll my eyes once I realize who she is. So-rim.

She looks up from her phone. Gives me a look. Then, she walks around me, without saying anything. I roll my eyes and continue walking.

"What the hell was that?" Wendy asks, looking back at So-rim and then turning to look at me.

"Who does she even think she is, giving you that look?!" Yeri scoffs.

"That's So-rim." I tell her and her jaw drops.

"You mean, the crazy bitch that you told me about?" She asks. "That's the same So-rim that spilled coffee on you?!" She recalls in disbelief.

"Yup, that's the one." Seulgi answers for me.

"You should've beat her ass!" My best friend says to me.

"And get myself fired?" I look at her. "Yeah, no thanks." I laugh sarcastically.

"Oh right, I forgot that your boss has a thing with her." She rolls her eyes.

We walk into the slightly busy restaurant and was greeted by the employees. I think I lost my appetite after seeing her. I just shake my head and pick up the menu.
