Prologue

It might have been love at first sight. Might of not. But I do know that when I first saw you when we were trainees, I definitely felt something.

All you did was introduce yourself. All you did was tell me your name, Jungkook, but that was enough to have me tumbling over my words and have my heart beat out of my chest. And when you asked for my name in return, instead of answering Jimin, an awkward squeak is what you got. After turning into a human tomato I managed to tell you my name.

It came as a surprise when you and I were placed in the same group with five other boys. Though it did make it easier to talk to you again, and over time I got closer to you and to the other boys. Eventually, we felt like a family with our respective roles.

I always felt like I clung to you. Everyone thought it was because you were the youngest and I wanted to baby you. However, that was only part of the reason.

I think I started to like you.
