Ethan

I scanned the room trying to find her, but I knew it wouldn't be so easy. This club was huge, and she could be anywhere. So I headed for the bar, ordered a gin and tonic and grabbed my phone. No new messages.

Okay, I can find her. I paid for my drink, grabbed my glass and started wandering around, observing the people around me. It was still early. By the jackass DJ on the booth, Noah that is, I could tell she wouldn't be here. I went down the stairs to the other dance floor, and once again, swiped the room calmly until my eyes met with hers. She smiled. I could see a hint of surprise on her eyes. I started walking towards her. I could hear a remixed version of Snakehips - All my friends playing, but it was like the sound was being muffed by her presence. She laughed and started walking away from me, serpentining through the crowd, looking back at me occasionally. I smiled and stopped walking, just observing and enjoying her. She looked back again, and stopped too, biting her lower lip, mid smile. Fuck, she is sexy. I walked faster and caught up with her. We were perfectly centered, underneath a gigantic pink and yellow neon lamp, and her eyes caught the lights, making them look a strange shade of blue.

- "Why were you running from me?" - I asked her

- "You scare me" - She said, stepping closer to me - "But I like it. And I think that's odd"

She didn't leave my eyes, and I didn't leave hers. I searched for her hand and touched it lightly when I found it, creating patterns up and down her wrist, palm and fingertips. I felt her shiver from my touch and that excited me. I had an effect on her. She bit her lip again and I felt a grunt escape my throat.

- "Don't do that" - I said close to her ear

- "Why?" - She asked innocently, looking up at me. I sighed in frustration and put a strand of her hair behind her ear, lowering myself as close to her ear as possible

- "Because it's fucking hot, that's why" - I whispered - "And it makes me want to bite it too" I watched as the skin on her neck formed a line of goosebumps where my breath hit her skin and smiled. I returned to my normal stance and she frowned.

- "Bite it then." - She said with a serious face. There was no smile or giggle, no challenge in her voice. What? This girl has me completely lost. I grinned at her

- "Don't tempt me, love"

- "Maybe I want you to."

-  "Damn" - Was all that came out of my mouth as I grabbed her waist and pulled her to me, lifting her up from the floor. She giggled with her eyes wide with surprise and stared at me, eyes on my mouth, hand behind my neck, holding tight. I rested my forehead on hers and touched her lips with mine, barely touching her, breathing her in. She parted her lips at my touch, but didn't move. I could feel her breath on mine, and i bit into her lower lip, softly, pulling it towards me. She moaned against my mouth and I lost control. I kissed her. Hard. Hungry. She tasted so sweet, like strawberries and vodka. She ran her hands through my hair, and then pulled it hard, biting my lip this time. She broke our kiss. Panting, she started talking

 - "Ethan" - She whispered against my mouth - "Get me out of here" - I looked at her, not sure if I should - "Now. Please, Ethan" - I nodded and put her down, grabbing her hand instead. We rushed out of the club and I directed her to a Taxi, giving the driver my address. We didn't say a word until we arrived, but she never let go of my hand and that encouraged me. Once we got to my building she snorted and rolled her eyes.

 - "What?" - I asked with a faint smile

- "Of course you live here, overlooking the river! Let me guess, yours is the Penthouse?" She said sarcastically. I felt guilty because she was actually right, but I just laughed and went inside, letting her judge me when I pressed the PH on the elevator and rotated my key into it. - "I knew it! Oh my God, are you a mogul or something?" Her voice laced with disdain.
