Yes...alone.
Walking through the school hallways everything is just so annoying. Seeing everyone's sad and low faces. Knowing the only thing they are thinking of is colors. What color will I get? Does he like me, maybe he'll wish me happiness. If I thought like that I would personally hire someone to shoot me. I haven't gotten 1 rose in my whole life. Am I angry about it? I couldn't be any more relieved. It must be horrible to think about getting a rose every year and wondering what it will stand for. Shit...there was that one year the girls boyfriend left her a black rose at her door. Must've sucked. Walking into my first period I realize slowly...Seating charts are changing. The teacher calls everyone into the front of the class and seats us one by one. She sits me in the back. As I thought she would. But I didn't expect her to put another kid next to me, "And you...Jong Suk you can sit next to Sakura." She says pointing to me. I sigh and put my head down. I hear his loud footsteps as his chair screeches and he sits down. I feel his warm arm swipe against mine as I look up. He doesn't smile nor does he look mad or sad, he looks... normal, cool. Yeah, like a cool person. "Hi, I'm Sakura." He nods, "Jong Suk." He looks really...good. We hear the people around us begin to talk. "You seem pretty...popular." He says to me, "Nope people just don't really like me." He props his face up with his hands. His bang falling onto his face. I smile. "You have friends?" He asks. I shake my head. "Nope I'm like the...the kid who sits in the corner during lunch because she's an outcast, bUuUt I actually walk around and try to do something with my life." I lay my head on my arms and look up to him, "Do you have friends?" He nods his head, "I do they just don't go here." He nods at you, "We we're thinking of going to the arcade after school and if you want you can come." He says with no emotion at all. "You're being serious?" He shrugs, "I mean yeah I just met you but my friends are pretty cool and I think they'd like you maybe even want to be friends with you."
I nod, "I'll think about it." I said. My teacher looks at us and smiles...she's always wanted me to have friends. Nice, she's getting what she wants.
