Annabeth's P.O.V-

8 and a half months later....

I woke up with extreme pain.

Oh no.

The baby was coming.

I have been treated like a queen, like I only mattered in the world.

With the price of handing my baby away.

I know, I was so stubborn, so selfish, so bad.

So mistaken.

I regret all of that now, because I've become a better person.

And I don't want to hand away the thing I most love away. I don't want to hand away the only thing I have remennant of Percy, my love.

My baby.

Artemis came in, and saw me in pain.

"Ok, this thing is starting. Maids!" She yelled out to her maids.

The maids, which I've considered friends for months, came in.

"Yes, lady Artemis?" They bowed.

"Annabeeth is in labor." She nodded towards me.

From the past months, she has become distant from me. She doesn't seem to actually care about me much, but about the baby.

"Ok, Annabeth, breath in, breath out. Your in for a rough day." Frei, one of my friends, said.

I nodded and waited for a couple of hours until the main event came in.

.....

It had been about 6 hours, and suddenly, my water broke.

Oh no.

I screamed in pain, and they came in and helped me.

I pushed and pyshed, I was about to tell at them to get the dam thing of my body, when it came out.

I felt relieved and free. I opened my eyes, looking down at the little person in front of me.

"Annabeth, meet your son. " Artemis smiled at the little baby.

Not the little baby. My little baby.

Gods, it was so weird calling a baby mine. But it was. And I loved it.

With all my heart.

Then I felt pain.

I felt my stomach churning, I felt like someone had stabbed she in the stomach.

I winced and screamed.

"Oh dear." Artemis said.

She let my son down on a blanket, and left to go somewhere.

I looked over at my son, and I said "I love you, Brad."

And I drifted onto pain.

Percy's P.O.V -

I looked around.

Another day, another fight.

"We have to give this an end. We're not going to be able to help our children on this upcoming war. And that is that." Zeus said.

"Why not?" Ares asked.

"Because it's against the law! You just want a literal bloody war. You're not even in for your children, idiot!" Athena yelled at Ares.

"Well, dearest sister, NEITHER ARE YOU!!" He yelled back.

They growled at each other, and looked back at Zeus.
