When I met you, two strangers became acquainted
But no one really knows how life is enchanted
When I know you even more, acquainted became friends
But no one can predict what will happen next
As friends we’ve shared many ups and downs
I have seen your smiles and sometimes the frowns
Because of tests of poverty
We aim for the prize of victory
After those life’s thick and thins
We became best of friends
We treasured many good times,
Learned in bad at the same time
I’m looking forward to be your sidekick on feasts
But I’m more willing to be with you in times of famine
And now we’re already a couple
I guess my happiness would be doubled
I’m seeing my future as your beautiful wife
‘Cause I wish someday I will be your bride
In sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer
I would say I do, I do, nothing more but I do
