Chapter 8 New Beginnings

The following months were busy for Louis and harry as they found their dream home about 15 minutes from central london in a small town of Doncaster, Louis decided he wanted to completely remodel it and put in his personal touches they decided to move into Harrys apartment and Louis sold his house in bridgehampton and his apartment Harry will put his apartment on the market when the house is complete Louis estimates in 3 weeks but it doesnt matter as long as they are all together

This morning Louis got up and took the twins to preschool and then Louis was meeting with micheal and Harry at the courthouse they finally were finally going to get Alex out of their lives they walk into the court house and find the court room they are assigned to they wait and see micheal coming in their direction

" i just saw Alex and his attorney coming in lets go inside and take our seats" micheal says as he opens the court room door and walks in a few minutes later Alex and his attorney walk in and sit on the opposite side of the room soon the bailiff walks in and announces the judge they all stand up when the judge walks and in and they are sworn in by the bailiff as the judge looks over the files on his desk the soon calls them

"case #78944546-4556 the matter of Alexander Smith vs Harry Edward Styles, all parties please step forward" and harry, louis and Micheal all walk up the the table in front of the judge and Alex and his attorney do the same

"Mr Smith Mr Styles you both have your attorneys present hello Micheal and Jordan"

"Good Morning your honor" they all says at the same time

"Jordan please state your case"

"Mr styles and my client had an affair which resulted in my client becoming pregnant she is now 7 years old and Mr Styles had not once even bothered to help my client with anything we are asking for the paternity test and for financial help to help raise said minor child"

"your honor the paternity has be done by a court appointed clinic and it took 4 tries to get it done due to Mr smith repeated cancellation, you honor my clients boyfriend has met said minor child and it has come to their conclusion that said child it not my client and we have a voice recording that proves that Mr Smith is only out to blackmail my client we ask that Mr Smith retract his statement about my client being the biological father or we will have no choice but to submit it into evidence the results of the paternity testing to the court" Micheal says and as micheal was talking Louis saw that Alex eyes got wide realizing what was happening

"jordan you want to talk it over with our client" the judge says as he sees Alex shaking his head and his attorney trying to get him to withdraw and not move forward

"no my client wants to proceed" jordan says as he takes a deep breath

"i would like to have Alex approach the witness stand, and ask him a few questions" Micheal says as alex goes to the witness stand and the bailiff makes him take the oath as he puts one hand on bible when he is done" Now Mr Smith did you and Mr Tomlinson have a conversation on Sunday August 21 at the parking lot of unamed supermarket"

"No"

"well Mr Smith i do want to let you know that you are under oath and i have enough evidence to prove that you just comitted perjury and that is punishable by 3 years in jail and $15,000 fine, so i ask you again did you and Mr Tomlinson have a conversation on Sunday August 21 at the parking lot of unames supermarket"

"and again No, he must of mistaken me for someone else"

"well thru court order and thru police forensic video we got court order for several video cameras in the parking lot of the supermarket and we have video evidnece that proves that it was you talking to my clients boyfriend"
