Chapter 10: Sister
I'm already in the plane and I didn't even bothered telling Tae and the rest of the Bangtan. My problem is mine and mine only, I don't want them to worry for me.
My hands are shaking as of the moment. My mom didn't tell what had happend to my sister but I know its still about her depression. My sister used to live in Korea too but decided to come back to Thailand and after that she changed. It's been a year now and we still don't know whats going on with her.
She even changed just being my sister. She's not the sister who used to take care of me when I was younger. She'd hurt me whenever I did something wrong, but immediately felt sorry. I don't know. All I know is to understand her, and whoever made her feel this way, I swear, I'm gonna do everything just so that person can never go near her again.
I can't sleep in the plane even though body is giving up. I don't want to have a nightmare for thinking too many things. I'm scared. No one's gonna wake me up if I did.
"The plane is gonna land in just 5 minutes." the announcer said
I fixed myself a little bit and checked my phone. I'm sorry taetae, you must be worried by now... It's okay, I'm fine.
As I get out of the airport hall, the cold breeze greeted me. It's already 4:31 in the morning here in Thailand. Even though its only been months since I left this country, it feels so pleasing, it feels like a part of me has been completed already.
And then there, my mom is calling... I answered it.
"Lisa, your sister, she needs you right now. Where are you?"
My tears started falling off again. "Yes, mom. Im already here. Just text me the hospital name, okay?"
She hung up. She texted me the name of the hospital and thank god it's just near this airport.
I rode a taxi, and all I can think is how did my sister ended up like this? I left out a heavy sigh as that thought passed by.
I was startled as the phone beside me rings again... I thought it was my mom, but no. It's Taehyung.
It's 6 am in Korea right now. I answered the call.
"T-Tae." I started off.
"Lisa! Where the hell are you? I was damn worried!" Panick can be heard from his voice.
"I'm in T-Thailand right now, Im sorry. I-"
"What the? Thailand? H-How? How did you get there?" He cutted me. "Baby, why are you there?" His vouce was soft and hopeless.
"Look, Tae, my sister has been rushed to the hospital. I-It's a long story but I just have to be here, okay? I'll come back when everything's fine already. Don't worry about me."
I heard him sigh. "But why you didn't woke me up? I could've come with you there." He sounded sad. Goodness! How can he be so cute? This little dumpling is somehow helping my mood.
I left out a chuckle."Taehyung-ah, You know that your schedule is hectic right? Bangtan's comeback is near. I don't want to be a burden to you-"
"Lisa. You're not a burden to me." Now, he's serious.
"Okay,okay Im not a burden but you understand me right? Don't worry, I'll comeback. Arasso?"
"Ne. I'll hung up, first."
Why do I like him so much? Or is it that its my first time liking someone this much in my whole life?
My eyes reached the hospital that Mom texted me. My smile faded. And as expected, the hospital is big and I'm sure their facilities here are one of the best. Best for my sister, I see.
