Chapter Nine: A new one
I'm going to Bighit company right now. I heard that there is a new make-up artist that has been hired. I'm excited 'coz I want to meet her already.
I'm wearing fitted jeans and a white crop-top shirt paired with an Adidas with my hair falling down.
I entered in the dressing room and saw them all laughing and happy but my smile suddenly faded when I saw Tae and an unknown girl laughing together like they're so close. Pshh.
"Oh! Lisa, you're here!" I looked at manager-nim who suddenly talked.
"O-Oh. N-Ne." I said shyly.
I walked towards them. I looked at the girl who's smiling at me sweetly.
"Meet Irene, she's the new stylist we've hired when you have your back pain."
I offered my hand to her and she catched it immediately.
"Annyeong!" She said cheerfully.
I just smiled back.
We've all finish the make-up and everything for the boys. They started doing their routines too.
They were finished at exactly 8:30. All of us immediately went to them.
I searched for the towel in my bag so that I can use it for Taehyung, I know he's tired.
But, when I look back, my smile fades away.
Irene is already wiping Tae's face with her own towel. My heart ache and I don't know why.
Tae's eyes were closed, and I can see that he's really tired. But when the towel went to his eyes, he opened his eyes and his eyes widen.
He immediately searched for someone. And when his eyes landed to me, he left Irene and went to me.
I turned my back, trying to act like nothing had happend. I mean there's no problem with that. I don't have the right to be jealous. We don't have any label too.
"Lisa." His voice was soft.
"Y-Yes? Do you need anything?" I asked, still not turning my back.
I heard him sigh. My eyes widen when he pulled my arm and pulled me into one of the rooms.
"Taehyung! Where are you taking me? Oh god!"
When we reached an empty room, he closed the door and face me. His eyes were hooded with darkness and those eyes was on me. I just remembered that I just got this job and things were just going on too fast. I confessed that I liked him, and he also said that he likes me too but why do I feel empty? Like there's something I need to fix first, like this situation is wrong.
"Lisa."
I looked away from him "Why are we here? You're tired. We need to go home already..."
He softly hold my chin so that I can face him. I'm leaning on to a wall and his other arm is locking me. His face is too close, I can smell his minty breath.
"What's with the face young lady?" He started off. I rolled my eyes.
"What face are you talking about?" But yeah, I know what he's talking about. So what? That's my resting bitch face, duh.
"A while ago..."
I pushed him lightly. "Look, Taehyung...We really need to go back-"
I stopped when I felt his lips on mine, kissing me passionately. It was a short kiss and my heart is already pumping so fast.
My eyes were wide and I just can't believe what just happend!
He smirked. "Not gonna tell me, huh."
His hands were on my waist and my hands on his chest.
I quickly removed my hands and I tried getting out of his lock but he's just too strong, his arms brought me back to my place. Goodness! This is not good!
"Okay okay! I'm jealous!"
My hands quickly escalated to my mouth after I said that. Okay, Lisa. You're done for tonight.
I looked down. That was embarassing! Stupid!
He smiled. "As much as I want you jealous, I don't want you mad at me."
My heart soften after he said that. I left out a sigh. I looked up to him.
He gave me a kiss on my forehead.
"I'm sorry." He said.
After our long discussiom in the room. All of us went home. Tae said that he'll be sleeping first because he's really tired. And me, well, I don't know if I can sleep. There's so many things going on in my mind right at the moment.
I was about to lay down when my phone suddenly rings. Oh, its my mother calling. I got my phone quickly and tapped on the accept button.
"Mom! Why-"
"You're sister! She's been rushed to the hospital! Lisa, we need you!" Her cries is much making it worse. The phone call immediately ended. My hands went down.
My tears started falling off. No, not my sister.
I got up. I need to get my plane ticket right now!
