Eric was casually strolling through the area, his blue hoodie on that had some black on it. He itched a little at the chip on his neck. It acted like a heart for him basically, since he used to be a super computer thing. He kept walking till he came across a cafe. He decided to walk into it and order himself some coffee.
He walked in and saw a rather long line. He mumbled to himself, but he wanted his coffee so he stayed in line. He eventually got up to to the front and ordered a dark coffee. He liked his coffee like his soul was, black and bitter. Well people said that is what his soul was like. Just black, bitter, and no room for love. Well people were wrong there. The male indeed had a crush on someone.
While he was thinking, someone walked into the cafe. He had a streak of his hair died a sea foam green and had a similar colored jacket on. He also wore bandages on his neck and had holes in his jeans.
Eric stared at this boy. That was his crush though, Kaden. He wanted to talk to him, but he wasn't a social butterfly. Sure he was a popular kid in school, but he still was awkward when it came to talking with people. He kept on trying to get the confidence to talk to him.
When he finally did, he got up and walked to Kaden. He looked at the boy and said,
"H-Hey. I'm sorry for bothering you but want me to pay for you coffee and wanna chat?"
A smile came across Kaden's face and he said,
"Sure."
Eric also smiled and when Kaden ordered he paid for his coffee and walked out of the cafe with him. They both kept on talking till Kaden was at his home. He gave Eric his number and said,
"Keep in contact with me. It's nice to talk to you."
Eric smiled and nodded. When he went to turn around and walk away, he tripped and what coffee he had now was on his hoodie. Eric got up and panicked, saying,
"Oh shoot I'm so sorry!"
Kaden didn't seem mad at all. He just still smiled and said,
"It's alright."
He then gave Eric a peck on the cheek before walking inside his home, leaving a confused and blushing Eric outside of his home.
