-(A few months later)-

Apart from a few friends and Teachers who knew about what happened, Draco and Harry chose to not tell anyone about what went down in summer, not wanting any attention or drama from it. Much couldn't be hidden after Harry's swimming competition, when he was seen with a huge scar stretching across his torso. The crowd wasn't stupid, they could tell it was a liver transplant. Although they did not provide any explanation, people drew their own conclusions by the end of the competition, by the time he had won another 6 gold medals and broke the records for 200m butterfly and 1500m freestyle.

"I'm so proud of you." Draco smiles, hugging him as soon as he came out of the bathroom with a fresh set of clothing.

"Careful. It's slippery." He says, setting him back down into the wheelchair.

"You know, I'm going to be on crutches most of the time from next week, doc's recommendation." He raises an eyebrow.

"Mm. Your personal coach needs to plan lessons for you to start walking without support soon." Harry says, kissing the back of his head. "Scared of going off the wheelchair?"

"More than happy to. Umbrella games were fun while they lasted." Draco giggles at the thought. "I'm lucky to have you around. You fill up so many roles in my life." Ever since the 2 boys were discharged, Harry took it up to himself to help Draco walk again, having some experience in therapy as his job. He quit being a gym coach, focusing the time on Draco instead. In order to supplement his school fees, he found another job- a one that required him to check accounts, with no fixed hours.

Even though the Malfoys did offer him many things as a sign of gratitude, Harry politely rejected all of their offers. Only the bank account stayed, which he used as savings for his future. He also put all his other savings into that account.

"Thought you were doing something in the toilet." Blaise says suggestively, winking. "Come on. Draco's Mother says she's treating us to lunch. Waiting for you in the car."

"But I wanna put these at home first. You know." Harry gestures to the 2 huge trophies and the whole chunk of medals hanging in his neck while walking with them to the carpark.

"We can make a trip to your home first. It's on the way to the restaurant." Lucius says, patting his back.

"Oh... okay." He helps Draco into the car (the biggest car that somehow could fit so many people, he wondered how it wasn't called a minibus yet).

"My god, so shiny." Pansy smooths her hand over the metallic trophies. "How pretty."

"You can have it if you want." Harry says. "What? I get 2 of these things every competition. There's no space in my cupboard anymore, so they're just sitting there collecting dust."

"Honey, you don't have a display case?" Narcissa gasps appalled. "We need another shopping trip. You didn't even buy anything in the previous ones."

"There's no need for that, Mrs. Malfoy." He murmurs before adding, "There's no space for that, either."

"True that." Ella says. She stayed just upstairs from his room, anyway. She would know.

"Is that how you met?" Ron asks.

"Okay, funny story. We totally didn't know each other existed even when we were staying together, right. Until a blackout happened and I was in the middle of a shower, which is on Harry's level. Also, the bathroom door doesn't lock. So he helped me hold a torchlight up with a towel because half the world is around at the toilet when it's a blackout for some reason. And then I helped him do the same. So yeah."

"The worst part was the thunderstorm outside, remember? The freaking roof was leaking." Harry says. "That time, they haven't fixed it yet."

"Oh yeah. My whole room was soaked. Thank god I could crash at your place."
