[extended synopsis]On the 24th of October, Caspar would never leave his house again.

No one knows what happened to Caspar Anderson to make him want to isolate himself. That doesn't mean Noel Coldwell won't do everything to figure it out.

Rule number one of fixing someone: make sure they want to be fixed first.

[author's note]This is a story about mental illness. Kind of a metaphor for how I am living my life right now. It will be personal and heavy but I hope it will touch you in a way that helps you.

Every chapter is loosely based on a song. You probably won't like every one I've picked, but I really recommend giving some of them a listen or at least looking up the lyrics. I've put a lot of thought in them and the stories they tell mean so much to me.

And finally, English isn't my first language. There will be a lot of bad grammar, awkwardly chosen words and weird sentences. Correct me as harshly and frequently as you want, it helps me a lot!
