Chapter Four

Mina stood there, with smoke shooting out of her ears and nose. Her grip got tighter on Jihyo's shoulder as time went by. The late be rang, but they both just stared at each other until one of them started to speak.

“Mina wh-what are you doing?”

“Listen, stop hanging out with Momo.”

Jihyo raised her eyebrows in confusion. She just met Momo, why should she stop hanging out with her. Jihyo's hands pushed Mina off of her and she went to open the door, she turned her head and shook it.

“No thanks Mina, I met her yesterday, and she seems pretty cool. So why should I stop?” She took a step in, but Mina pulled her out and closed the door again.

“Listen. I know you like Momo. It's obvious, the way you blushed when she touched your shoulder, like Yeesh. Very subtle.” Mina rolled her eyes as she pushed Jihyo, having her butt land on the floor. She scoffed as she walked away, turning the corner at the end of the hall.

As Jihyo got up, two arms swifted under hers and helped her up. When Jihyo turned around to see who helped her, there stood Momo with a soft smile on her face and her eyebrows were raised, showing concern. She grabbed onto Jihyo's face and looked to see if she had any scratches, or bruises.

“Momo! I'm okay! Haha,I just fell.” She smiled insincerely, but Momo still was looking at her. Jihyo gently grabbed her roaming hands and held them together as her cheeks grew red.

“I'm okay! Really! I just fell no big deal!” Momo sighed before nodding.

“Okay! Just be careful! Mina told me someone pushed you so I got worried.”
She got worried about me  Jihyo thought, and secretly swooned. Momo smiled before walking away, waving bye as she passed. Before she knew it, the dismissal bell had rang. Jihyo whined as she quickly ran to her other class, not wanting to miss another class, or have another run-in with Mina.

The afternoon passed quickly, and Jihyo was getting her back pack out of her locker when suddenly her locker door slammed shut. Jihyo got her bag just in time. Tzuyu stood there, smirking smugly as she held a singular rose. Jihyo looked around and then pointed at herself when Tzuyu admitted she had a crush her.

“W-wait, we barely know each other!” Jihyo stepped back a bit, but was handed the flower. Jihyo took it, and was about to oppose but Tzuyu started talking abruptly.

“People say someone can fall in love in just four minutes. I guess that happened to me, y'know?” Her face was turning red, and she looked at the ground. Jihyo felt bad, because she didn't like her back, and she didn't want to hurt her.

“But don't you think you're ru-rushing this?” Jihyo started to ramble but she stopped when Tzuyu got a knowing look on her face.

“O-oh, I uh— understand. I should g-go now..” Tzuyu turned around when she felt Jihyo grip her arm.

“w–wait!”
