Daffy had decided to follow Benjamin and see if Tina would fall for him. He knew that she most likely wouldn't, but at the same time, he was worried that Benjamin would surprise her. He watched Benjamin walk up the steps to Tina's house.
" Hello my darling," Benjamin said, chivalrously.
" Hello," Tina replied coldly, about to shut the door.
" Wait! I brought you flowers,"
Benjamin pulled out some pretty looking petunias.
" They look just like the ones you got me on our first date,"
" I wanted to recreate our first date,"
Benjamin held out his hand and Tina reluctantly took it. Then, Benjamin took her to the park, where a romantic picnic was set up.
" Wow, you really outdid yourself," Tina said, amazed.
" Only the best for you," Benjamin replied, kissing her hand gently.
Meanwhile, Daffy was hiding behind a tree, getting more worried by the second.
" Don't fall for him, don't fall for him," Daffy prayed.
Tina and Benjamin were sipping some wine and eating small sandwiches.
" So Tina, are you enjoying yourself," Benjamin asked, giving her a smirk.
" I can't believe I'm saying this, but yeah, it's just like I remembered," Tina gushed, laying down on the soft grass.
Daffy couldn't watch any longer and walked away in defeat. He took the engagement ring from his pocket and dropped it on the ground.
" Hey Tina, wanna get hitched," Benjamin asked confidently, leaning in for a kiss.
" What?! Excuse me sir, but you're going to fast!" Tina exclaimed, slapping Benjamin in the face.
She then proceeded to leave Benjamin all alone with the little picnic setup.
" Shoot," he muttered.
