I'm cool alone, but better with you

This is borderline humiliation

It's Christmas Eve and Jake still isn't back. Everyone thinks he's taking a little vacation with some friends back in Kansas and is coming back late tonight. But more than likely, he won't be back for a while.

Everyone had sorted out presents for each other and they were all piled under the huge green, white frosted Christmas tree in the large room at the front of the house. The house looked like Santa's elves had ran inside and puked everywhere. Let's just say, the boys are very Christmasy.

So as you know, I got everyone a gift of a huge house that cost a tonne. But I also got them small little gifts to add up the result of the prezzies.

"I'm so excited!!!" Kat squealed in mine and Devyn's ear as we got ready for a little Christmas Eve event we were having for just the house and their girlfriends/boyfriends. Elton and Amanda were tagging along too because they were in this house once upon a time so it is fair.

Me and the girls, Amanda included, all decided to match. We were wearing some red and white vans, green tights, a little Christmas hat and a little elf dress that reached our mid thighs. We looked amazingly, fantastically cute and adorable. Devyn and myself had decorated our own, and the other girls, faces with a little Christmas tree in each cheek. We had a red nose, red lips, Christmas themed eyes and Christmasy jewellery.

"Me too" Devyn laughed and I stayed silent. The girls soon noticed and looked at me confusingly.

"What's up babe?" Amanda asked.

"Is is cause Jake went on a little vacation?" Kat giggled and I shook my head.

I took a deep breath and looked at my hands which were in my lap, "He didn't go on vacation"

They all raised an eyebrow and I showed them the messaged from the other night, which were also last time we technically spoke.

"That mouldy cucumber" Amanda huffed.

"Exactly what I had thought" I muttered and the girls laughed.

"If he comes back tonight, which he told Corey he would, talk to him" Devyn told me and I nodded.

We all then skipped down the steps and met the boys who were all wearing black jeans and Christmas sweaters. Ugly ones too.

Corey was wearing a knitted Santa Claus sweater, Sam had a huge wrong-coloured robin on the front, Aaron had a snowman, Elton had a snowman and Colby wore a reindeer. They all wore green converse.

"Oh wow" Amanda laughed as everyone joined in.

"What are we exactly are we doing tonight?" Aaron asked, in a timid voice as people's voices rose in tempo.

"Bowling" elton answered and we all looked at him.

"In these?" I asked, tugging at the clothes I wore and pointed at everyone else's clothing.

"Yep, boys. These are for you" he pulled out 6 more hats. One for each guy, including Jake who wasn't here.

I swear the colour drained in my face along with Kats, Devyn's, Amanda's and Colby's.

"This is borderline humiliation" Devyn groaned.

"I'm agree" Colby huffed. Wow Colby.

"Honey!! I'm home!!!" A voice boomed through the house and all heads snapped to the wooden double doors, which had a reindeer and tinsel on them, to meet the face of a cheery Jake and his large black backpack.

"My baby is finally home!!!" Corey squealed in a girly voice and ran up to Jake, dry humping his leg. Elton threw a hate to Jake and he placed it over his new coloured hair. White and brown. Jake was wearing black jeans too and had a very large sweater which had a gingerbread man on it. His shoes matched the guys, green converse.

"Let's go bowling baby!!!" Sam shouted snd cheers erupted the room as I stayed silent and Kat soothingly rubbed my back as I crossed my legs and arms, then stared the tiled flooring.

As I stared at the floor, a pair of green converse stepped in front of mine, way bigger than my feet and a throaty cough came from the owner. Jakes throaty cough. Mother fucker. I slowly looked up at him and desperately wanted to smile at his face, which adorably red from the cold.

But instead, I threw on a cold glare that was cold enough to make Frosty the snowman say, "damn you frosty mutha fucka"

He pouted and chuckled with everyone else.

"I'm sorry baby. I just needed time to think and stayed at a hotel a few blocks away whilst I had time alone. When your fiancée is pregnant, she wants to keep the baby and I want to become a dad, it is a big thing, ya know?" He smirked and I frowned again.

"Your telling me, the past few days, you wasn't even ten minutes away?!?" I whisper yelled and he nodded with a smirk. Then something his me

"Wait, what did you say after that?" I asked, un-crossing my legs.

"My fiancé is pregnant" he said, a smile tugging at his lips at the four words.

"No, after that" I un-crossed my arms.

"She wants to keep the baby" he beamed at the six words.

"No!!" I groaned, "after that?!" I dropped my glare,

"Ohhhh!!" He fake realised, "that I wanna become a dad"

By now, his smile was as big as the Cheshire Cat.

"Wait, for real?"

"Yes Eve"

"Your being dead ass?!?"

"That's my phrase!!!"

"Shut up Corey!!"

"Okay baby"

Everyone chuckled.

"Yes, I'm being dead ass Evie"

A smile as big as Jakes grew on my face. I then threw my arms around his neck and squealed into it. We all laughed.

"I love you Jake" I smiled into his shoulder.

"I love you too Eve" he replied into my neck.

"Photo time!!!" Sam yelled and we split into three different genre type photos.

As couples first (Colby and Aaron took a photo with each other), as a group of boys or girls, then a huge group photo.

"Let's go bowl, eat food, and then come home before midnight. It's Christmas tomorrow!!" Elton hooted and we all headed out to the cars.

Jake stood in front of me with his back to me.

"Hop on babe" he said, no doubt with a smirk.

"Thank you my kind sir" I laughed and jumped on his back, wrapping my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. I buried my face in his neck and he put his hands under my ass to support me.

Then we headed off to bowl.

Hopefully, the pregnant lady in the group wins.
