"Rebellionnnnn!!!"The boss said following with a round of applause I looked over to all of the people dressed in black with leather jackets on who all clapped and welcomed me
"Hi."This girl smiled
"Uh hi"I smiled sitting next to her
"I'm Madelyn you can call me maccies,I'm from Candor,you?"She smiled introducing herself
"Abnegation,And my name is Olympianyou can call me Olly"I smiled shaking her hand before the assembly ended and we all got took out of the large hall
I looked back to see if I could see my parents but they where gone,completely gone
Why did I get picked to be in rebellion out of all the categories?rebellio-
"Come on Olly!"Maddie shouted as everyone started running towards the train track stands and climbing up them
"What are you doing?"I yelled running with them
"It's how we get to our 'den'"A girl yelled from besides me
I nodded and stared climbing the stands
I panted catching my breath as everyone caught up
"Get ready everyone"someone shouted as a train came chuckling towards us
Eveyone started running and jumping on I stood there and watched before realising this was my last chance to jump on
"Come on Olly!"
"Come on!"
"Jump!"
I was now sprinting before catching ahold of the bar and throwing myself on
Eveyone cheered as the train went on

"Here we go!"Someone shouted as the doors snapped open and people started jumping onto a roof
"What happens if you don't jump?"
"Well then your not a rebellion."
My adrenaline started pumping as the edge of the roof came closer
"You ready?"Maddie asked as we gripped each others hands and jumped
I scraped along the rocks that surfaced the roof and got up laughing
"Listen up!im Don,your leader,your co-leader will be awaiting you-"Don yelled before someone interrupted
"Where?"A boy laughed
"Down there"Don smirked pointing to a black whole
"Who wants to go first?"he smirked as everyone took little step backs followed with gulps
I don't know why but I did
"Me"I said
Everyone looked to me
Oops,instant regret
"Go ahead,princess"he smirked stepping away
I stepped onto the wall and froze
"Anytime today sweet"don chuckled before I let myself fall
I fell onto what felt like a trampoline  but was a net
I bounced halfway back up the whole before landing and laying there processing everything
All of a sudden the net ripped to the side
I looked to see a boy about 5 years older than me holding his hand out
"Name?"He asked helping me down
"Uhm,Olympia bu-"I said before he interrupted me
"Olympia!First jumper"He yelled
"Stand there"He said shoving me to the side
"Thanks"I mumbled not thinking he would hear me
He turned and looked at me I could see he was holding back a smirk but it didn't show as a loud bang interrupted our gaze
"Second jumper!Maddie!"He yelled
Maddie smiled and stood next to me
Soon enough everyone was standing there
"Alright,I'm Dylan but you guys have to call me obrien cause I am your co-leader,I am-"He started before Maddie piped up
"Wow must suck having to be the co leader"she scoffed
"I can easily make your What we call it factionless if you make witty comments like that"He snapped coming closer to Maddie
I pinched her arm warning her to shut up
"I was instantly made co leader on my second test cause of how good I am so I wouldn't test me"He continued
"If you follow me I will show you to your rooms"He said before leading us down this hallway with cells either side
"Choose a cell and get changed"He said staying st the top of the hallway
Me and Maddie made our way to the bottom left cell quickly getting changed
"All changed?"He asked as we came out first and lined up infront of him
"Yeah"I mumbled
"So are you a transfer?"I asked him
He looked down and scoffed "Are you serious?"
"Yeah"I chuckled
"What makes you think you can talk to me"He said shutting me down completely before turning round and leading us to a shooting range or throwing range
"Right,hit the target with the knife"Don shouted as we stepped into our stations
I threw twice instantly missing
I could see Dylan and don watching me intensely before Dylan whispered something don and don frowned as Dylan walked my way
"Before he makes me stab you let me help you"he whispered into me ear grabbing my arms
"You've got to let it go half way through the flick like this see?"He said demonstrating
"Yeah"I said quietly
"You've got to speak Olympia it'll help both of us"He said  referring to don who had now moved you remember my name?"I mumbled shocked
"Of course I'll be teaching you for the rest of both of our lives"he chuckled before throwing a blade right into the centre of the target
"No no no!"don yelled "Get to the target."He growled to Maddie
Maddie hesitatingly made her way infront of the target  "Flinch your out of the team"Don growled
"Get here dylan"Don instructed as Dylan left my station
"throw."Don said as Dylan threw a knife
"Wait stop"I yelled
Everyone fell silent and looked to me I looked to Dylan who rolled his eyes and clenched his jaw
"Problem Olympia?"Dylan said under his breath warning me
"Don't do that,your supposed to be teaching her right?not trying to kill her"I snapped
"Okay olympia take her place you flinch your both out,you don't,your both in"Don growled as I took Maddies place
"Go harsh dyl"Don said as Dylan threw the blade towards me it landing right next to my elbow
"Closer give her a trim"Don chuckled evilly as Dylan threw another blade it landing right above my head inches away
"Closer!"Don shouted
I stood still ready for it to land somewhere in my stomach I don't know why my stomach but oh well
I could see Dylan didn't want to do what he was about to do which scared me
He looked down and threw the blade the blade landing in my thigh
I stood still a tear trickling down my cheek
Everyone winced and I screamed on the inside
"Welldone"Don said dismissing everyone
I pulled the blade out and flung it to the post right next to Dylan
"You okay?"He said not flinching messing with the blades on the table
"Yeah besides the hole in my thigh"I said
"You should probably check that out huh?"He  smirked trying not to show it
"He would've bladed me if I didn't do it"he said turning round and leaning back onto the table
Looking straight through me sending me shivers down my spine
"But you still done it"I snapped
"Obviously"He smirked handing me a towel with some stuff on it
Thanks"I said as he walked past me
"You should probably make your way to the canteen unless you want a hole in the other thigh"He yelled not looking back
I chuckled to myself before pulling my jeans up and cleaning my wound
