Chapter 2- First impression

"So whats your name." I asked the gorgeous guy infront of me.

"Colton!" He said smiling at me.

"so why are you here?" He asked me.

"My parents were umm murdered." I said looking down. I could feel the prickles of tears stinging my eyes.

"Hey, dont worry." He said putting his arm around my shoulder.

I nodded and smiled up at him.

We got to the house and went upstairs.

"So are you gonna show me around or are you gonna be rude. Which one?" I said trying to be serious and hide my smirk.

He chuckled. "I will show you around." He said.

We were now in Coltons room watching tv. He had showed me around and we decided to chill out in his room after.

"COLTON." A male voice screamed behind his bedroom door.

"DINNERS TIME" the same voice screamed on the other side of the door.

i looked at colton with a nervous look.

"Dont worry, im sure everyone will like you." He said grabbing my hand and tugging we towards his door.

"Yeah totally." I said in a sarcastic tone.

He gave me a cute smile and lead me to the dinning table where I sat next to him.

"So Christy where did you wonder off to today.?" Jan asked smiling at me.

All the boys chuckled.

I gave a small smile  "Just went for a swim." I replyed. I could feel the blush creeping up on my cheeks.

"Yeah great first impression." I heard a sarcastic male tone comming from the other end of the table.

All the boys started laughing.

I frowned at the boy who said that and it became an awkwid silence. Thankgod my phone started ringing to get me out of this state. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and answered it without looking at the called id.

"Ah hello?" I asked into the phone.

"Hey sexy." I heard mat say into the phone.

mat is my ex bf who beat me and got drunk all the time.

"Mat? What?" I managed a whisper.

"Yes sexy its me. Where are you sweety?" He asked in a playful tone.

"Im- I just . what do you want?" I asked excusing my self from the table and walking into the kitchen.

"I know where you are sweety and i still love you.Im all better now sweety. Lets get back together." He said

"What the fuck. I hate you. You beat me till i was broken. I hate you." I yelled into the phone and hung up.

I started crying. Remembering all those times he would bash me when he was drunk or angry.

I needed to get out of here. I needed to clear my head. I wiped my eyes and walked into the living room. All eyes on me.

"I-I ahh im gonna go for a walk. If thats okay?" I asked looking at Jan.

"Sure honey." Jan said with a sympathetic smile on her face.

I walked out the front door and walking towards the forest. What the hell i didnt even know the boys names and I was already making a bad impression.

I started crying even more. Why is my life like this.

I sat next to a tree and began to get tired. I leant against the tree and started to fall asleep.

I was awaken by muscular arms wrapped around me. I put my arms around who ever was carrying me and snuggled against his chest.

He chuckled.

"How the hell did you fall asleep out here." He asked.

"I-i dont know. Sounds like me though.." I said giggling.

He chuckled again.

"Quiet the funny one arnt ya?" He said

"Thats me, falling asleep next to a tree. tripping and rolling into the water, letting myself get bashed from that fucking bastard-" I realized what i had just said and just shut my mouth.

"Who hurt you?" He asked.

"Its nothing." I said really not wanting to talk about it.

I think he caught on to it becuase he didnt mention another thing about it.

He sighed. "Im Josh by the way." He said

"Hi josh." I said holding onto him tighter.
