Inside the cage stood an girl about Elena's age wearing the same room she'd been wearing from before on the outside. Calm, gentle breaths left from her mouth every few seconds followed with a steady heartbeat pulsing beneath her chest. Seeing her other self sit before her she smiled and leaned back on the bar facing her with her left eye covered by her disoriented hair.

Vex: Yeah, you kind of get used to it after a while. My trick is that I imagine that I'm just in timeout in my crib after having a bit too many sweets. Great analogy huh?

Elena lowers her head and clasped her fingers together rubbing them one over the other, nervously trying to avoid eye contact.

She wined and twisted in the bed with Pablo's hands gripping her ankles from the body falling off the bed.

Elena: (under breath) Hold on Elena. Don't give in to Vex. D. .Don't let her win.
Her pupil of her left eye had completely turned purple and Vex was loving the view that she was having from her cage.

She hastily covered her eye to block Vex's view from the inside.
