Noah POV

Everyone watched as Emily dragged me to her office- the office? either way. I looked at everyones facial expressions and studied them carefully. Richelle was just like 'okay', the boys were like 'what did he do', the girls were like 'oh noah, what did you do now' but Summer's was different, it was more of 'is he okay?' instead of 'what did he do' - less conclusion that I had done something, more of wanting to know if I had gotten hurt or something was wrong.

My thoughts were interrupted when I was sat on a chair. "You're committed to this team right?" Emily questioned, her tone had no empathy or emotion - just coldness. "I'm the dance captain, of course I am committed to the team!" Wh- I'm confused.

"Why were you at those auditions?"

"Because it was recommended by someone."

"Do you want to go to Regionals?!"

"YES! WHY DO YOU KEEP DOUBTING ME?! I ALREADY MADE IT CLEAR THAT REGIONALS IS MY MAIN PRIORITY!"

I stormed out. Maybe I shouldn't have but I did. 'Get back here young man!' is what I heard in the background as I walked away. Emily doubts me constantly- does she not see my hardwork and dedication? I went to Studio 1 and all the Acro Nation dancers immediately left. "OKAY REHEARSAL IS OVER THEN" Thalia shouted as they ran. "Hey, I can tell something is up so you just dance your heart out - knock when you are ready to talk." She smiled and put some music on before going into her office and shutting the door so I could think.

I looked up and saw the Outer space stickers. They had a symbolic meaning that just got to my heart and made me think. The Next Step isn't what it once was, Emily and Michelle are tearing the studio to pieces, bit by bit.

I danced to the music. It wasn't rough music, it was more of a quick but soft kind. Hard hitting and 'rough' music would've made me tense up even more ; i'm glad Thalia actually understands my emotions. Every flip, trick, move etc. it all collided together in such a way that I generally couldn't explain.. but that's the power of dance I guess - you can't always explain it.

When I finished dancing, I saw Thalia at the side "Feel better?" "Honestly, so much. Emily and Michelle have been having a go at me all morning." I had to explain my problem she she wouldn't just assume anything ; although Thalia doesn't assume. Good trait of hers. James walked in all of a sudden, I am personally glad it's him.. He has helped me though many problems and situations I went though on my first time being a part of A-Troupe. I owe him a lot.

"Hey man? why so down?" I didn't have the oxygen to answer his question so Thalia explained and I added on some extra detail. "Dude, you walked out on EMILY?! You're in so much trouble bro." Of course he would find it funny. Thalia hit him and he stopped laughing. "But of course she shouldn't shout at someone as committed as you, it's unfair." Haha Thalia is such a savage sometimes but that's what makes her great and easy to talk to. She actually listens and understands instead of doing the complete opposite like Michemily do.

You call it scapegoating, I call it being treated unfairly when my actions didn't make any difference. I'm basically the most advanced dancer on the team, Chloe even made ghat clear. I have commitment, leadership skill, dance skill, expression, emotion, story and dedication - why is that something I should be told off for? I just don't get it.
