It was an early morning on Homeworld, Blue Diamond was the first one up that morning she made her way to the roof with a cup of tea in her hands, she sat and watched the sunrise just like she did before and after Pink was gone." Another day." She said with a soft yet sad tone of voice as she sipped her tea, this was one of the every few times Blue would find herself lost in something other then Pinks death ' a smiled ' crept across her lips she felt the warmth of the sun and the wind blow upon her cheeks the cool breeze blowing in her hair. she felt calm taking in the site of the sunrise above the horizon the orange red color warmed her heart even more.
Yellow Diamond stood at the foot of the mountain top, her eyes closed feeling the breeze as the sunrise to it's highest peek. Yellow opened her eyes they shined and glimmered a soft hazel before turning back to their fiery red and yellow color." Another day of work and hopefully adding to my colony count " She said to herself heading back to her court.
Yellow was responsible for the sunrise and sunset every morning and every evening. "Winter is coming soon and Blue..." She stopped in her traces thinking of her actions a few days ago when she deliberately ignored Blue with no good reason for doing so, even if she didn't want to admitted to herself she knew she owed Blue an apology and she knew she had to do it sooner then later." What am I going to do. She has not said a word to me sense that day but who am I to blame her.... Let my need for pride and respected get in the way of what was most important."
Yellow started walking again thinking of how in the name of all that is great and might was she going to do that before it was to late and who knows maybe Blue wouldn't even speak to her not even if her gem depended on it. Even thought there was no expression on Yellow face she worried that she wouldn't be able to get back on Blue's good side, she had always been there for Blue but like any other she did have moments of weakness to her pride as a Diamond and leader to Homeworld, Yellow walked into her castle.

The castle was the same color as Yellows eyes fiery yellow and red color.
Yellows side of the castle was somewhat scary when first approached but it was the perfect mix of yellow and red, and adding the right a mount of yellow to where it wouldn't burn anyone's eyes just by glancing at it, even if that is what Yellow secretly wanted mainly to keep White from entering her side of the castle.
"Pearl!" Yellow called out in an aggressive tone the tiny gem came running to the aid of her Diamond.
YP: Yes my Diamond." The tiny gem said painting as she did the Diamond salute.
"Pearl when is the winter ball and how long until then." The yellow women asked looking across to Blues Diamond side of the palace." I asked you a question.." The Diamond looked down at her Pearl with only her eyes, they were full of anger, frustration, and some where in her eyes was sadness and guilt hidden behind all that.
