*Hyolim walks into her classroom and to her desk*
minjoo (hyolim's classmate): Hello,Hyolim!!
me: Hey,Minjoo!! Say,nice bag you got there.
minjoo: Thanks!! By the way,someone passed me something to give to you-give me a second.
*Minjoo picks up a green shopping bag and passes it to Hyolim. Hyolim looks inside,then turns away laughing*
minjoo (confused): What's so funny?
me: That person must have been Daehwi,right? Only he knows I like this brand of jelly because no one has seen me eat jelly in school.
*Hyolim looks inside the bag and pulls out a note*
daehwi (in the note): Hey,Jang Hyolim. Don't say I'm not a nice friend and I don't buy you food. Here's your jellies for the next few days,I'll get more when I'm back again next week. PS Help me thank Minjoo,please.
me: This kid...he's too nice.
minjoo: You two are too cute,when will you guys start dating??
She must be crazy.
someone: As if Daehwi would like her.
minjoo: Shut up.
*Hyolim turns around and sees Jinsoo*
me (sarcastically): Oh my gosh,finally for once you finally arrived early in your entire sophomore year,Park Jinsoo. I'm proud of you.
jinsoo: I don't think I might need to know of that,Jang Hyolim.
minjoo: Alright,alright,stop fighting. By the way,you said you'd do the powerpoint slides for our book report. Where is it,Park Jinsoo?
jinsoo (grudgingly): I lost the slides,okay? My computer crashed.
me (under my breath): As if.
*The 7am school bell rings and more classmates come into the classroom*
hyeontaek (hyolim's homeroom classmate): Jang Hyolim,someone's looking for you again.
minjoo (excitedly): IS IT DAEHWI??
hyeontaek: Sorry to disappoint you Minjoo,it's not Daehwi.
me (unamused): Is it another random male senior again?
hyeontaek: I think so.
me: Tell the guy I'm not free.
hyeontaek: Cool.
*Hyeontaek walks out of the classroom*
minjoo: That was a cool way to indirectly reject him.
me: I'm just being me,Kim Minjoo.
*Hyolim's phone rings and she picks up her phone from her desk*
me (into the phone): What is it again?
daehwi: I just wanted to check if you're in school or not. Come on,can you let me show you concern,Jang Hyolim?
Gotta admit,he is quite caring at times.
me: Fine,you win. You've got an early-morning schedule,don't you?
daehwi: Yeah.
me: Let's talk once you're done with that schedule,kay?
daehwi: Cool,bye.
*Hyolim and Daehwi both hang up*
