Time for cuddling

When they left Kris looked at the door with a relief. He came to me, took my hand and pulled me into a hug.

"I couldn't do this in front of everyone." He whispered and then kissed me passionately.

"I know." I whispered back.

"Kris, can we watch Marvel?" Sofia came to us.

"Yeah, sure. Nel, is it okay with you?" Kris asked me.

"Are you kidding? I'm a big Marvel fan!" I smiled.

"Then, we'll watch "Infinity War", okay?"

"Yes!" Sofia and I said in the same time.

We went to the living room. Kris set on the couch and Sofia laid over him so I set on the armchair. Kris mumbled 'sorry' and sighed. I just nodded.

After 10 minutes of movie Sofia fell asleep.

"Can you help me carry her upstairs?" Kris asked whispering.

I nodded.

We carried Sofia to her room. I changed her into pyjamas and Kris covered her. We also changed to our pyjamas. Then we went downstairs again.

Kris laid on the couch. He opened his arms calling me to come.

"It's time for cuddling," he said.

I laid over him, my head resting on his chest. He was playing with my hair while we were watching a movie.

"I'm enjoying doing this." Kris whispered. "We should do it more often."

"Me too. And yeah, we should." I whispered back.

I blow a blueberry into his chest.

"Hey! That giggles!" Kris laughed so hard.

"Shh! You're gonna wake up Sofia!" I whisper-yelled.

"Sorry.." He chuckled.

I kissed him and he kissed back.

"I love you." Kris looked deeply into my eyes.

"I love you more." I looked back.

"Not possible." He kissed me again.

The movie finished and we went to Kris's room.

"I hope it's okay with you that we are going to share the bed." Kris said.

"Yeah, it's fine." I smiled.

"Kay." He smiled back.

We laid down. I was on his chest again. We hugged.

"Good night love." I whispered.

"Good night beautiful." Kris kissed my forehead.
