Dinner interrogation

Lloyd POV

Dinner was filled with an awkward silence besides the small talk that rarely involves me to speak much but it was AMAZING there were foods I have never seen before. After I gaped at the food I had glanced over to the others, it seemed they lived like this every day which was shocking to me, they should wear the same expressions as me as they would have starved from the recent famine. There are many starving citizens in the kingdom, young who have to take care of themselves and families with nothing except the same clothes they wear each day. I was pulled away from my thoughts as dessert was served. In front of me was the most beautiful sweet I have ever seen but I haven't seen many sweets in my life the most I've seen are honey coated strawberries which are very delicious. Comparing honey strawberries which were rare in the kingdom to this, this was very close to impossible. It had layers of colours making it stand tall, rich milky soft cream and fresh fruits and berries on the top. I gobbled each crumb of this unknown sweet, I stopped eating when I realised the amused faces of the others. I looked up at them with a confused and fixed my composure only taking a few quick bites from my dessert. "So I guess you like the cake?" asked kai with an amused grin. "Cake? Is that what it's called? Oh well I guess I do," I answered honestly. This time they gave me a confused face. "What you haven't heard of the word cake? Cake is delicious and beautiful it's the best dessert ever but you must know that already, so what do you call cake? Asked the one who I think is called cole. "The word cake? No no no there isn't another name for cake well I don't think so, but I'm not really sure since this is my first time eating this. Silence travelled throughout the table there were different emotions that flickered throughout faces. Desert finished quickly after that, servants cleaned up the table and I was led by kai to a smaller room with a classic meeting table in the middle. I was going to be questioned.

No one's POV

Lloyd sat down on the table making sure to be ready to jump and dash for it. Garmadon started speaking. Lloyd I missed you, you don't know how much I feel guilty I'm so so so so so so so so so so sorry. Ranted garmadon, wu had wisely placed a hand on his brothers shoulder indicating him to stop and explain everything to Lloyd calmly. Lloyd sat there with a very confused face while the ninja didn't dare to speak YES not even Jay. Garmadon slowly breathed and started explaining what happened so many years ago. Lloyds face grew more surprised by the second. Once garmadon finished everyone looked over at Lloyd. Lloyd had his head ducked down he was panting his eyes were wide and he was clutching his shirt. Lloyd's eyes shut closed tightly and he fell off his chair every gasped and leaned over him. OMG he's having a panic attack. Informed nya. Wu had went out the door and shortly later he came back in with a cup of tea. He poured it into Lloyds mouth and immediately he stilled and slumped on the ground fast asleep. Garmadon and kai picked him up to carry him to his room. Jay had asked. Hey sensei what did you give him? It was one of my slumber teas it has the properties of magical slumber.
