Chapter 26
Louise's POV
"Run Louise! Run!" Jerome yelled.
"I'm running!" I yelled back. "Oh crap! He's getting good chops in me!" Me and Jerome were playing some #Lorome Hunger Games on the Nexus. I had almost full iron armor and I had a stone sword. We already mastered the other players and we were in Deathmatch. But one guy behind me was getting good chops into me with a diamond sword and I was running from him with 1/2 a heart. I went into F5 mode and saw the guy was getting closer and closer to me.
"Jerome! He's going to kill me!" I yelled. Then I see Jerome's figure running in front of me and he swings his iron axe at the guy. Within about 5 chops, the guy tilted over, his stuff exploding around Jerome. Jerome picked up his sword and ran after the other guy with a stone axe. Jerome was distracting him while I was sneaking up behind him and getting a swing into him and killing him. It was only us left.
"Well, my lovely bacca, how do you want to settle this?" He asks.
"Well, how do you usually settle this?"
"No armor, raw food fight?"
"Sure! But. I'm using a cake" I say taking off my armor and putting a cake in my first slot.
"I'm using a potato" He says.
"Ready to taste Louise Daly victory, Jerome Aceti?"
"Sure Louise. Sure. On 1, we battle at dawn!"
"Alright! Start!"
"3, 2, 1. Spaghettios!" Me and Jerome charged at each other. I spammed the left mouse button getting some slices into Jerome. I was at 2 hearts until I watched Jerome's character tilt and die.
"Yes!" I yelled!
"Congrats Louise. You have defeated the bacca" Jerome says fake crying.
"Well, what did I-" I stopped myself. I felt something warm and chunky rise up in my throat.
"Louise?" Jerome asked.
"Excuse me" I said running to the bathroom, covering my mouth.
Jerome's POV
I knock on the bathroom door Louise was in, hearing her cough up everything she had for breakfast.
"Louise? Babe? You alright in there?" Louise stopped throwing up and opened the door.
"A little bit"
"Louise, you've been like this for days. Don't you think I should take you to the doctor?"
"No. I'm-" She covered her mouth again, closed the door and started puking again.
"Louise, the doctor. I'm taking you"

Me and Louise arrive at the doctor's office. I sit next to Louise, rubbing her temples. I'm starting to get worried. Louise could be really sick and might not be the same.
"Louise Daly and Jerome Aceti?" The nurse says popping her head out the door. Me and Louise stand up and follow the nurse. We reach an office. I open the door and a doctor turns his head and smiles.
"JeromeASF and Louise Daly. What do you know?" I'm shocked that he knows who I am.
"You know who we are?" I ask.
"Yes. My little brother is a fan. I watch some of your videos. I'm Doctor Wilson by the way.
"Oh. Thanks!" I say smiling.
"So, what can I help you with today?"
"Well, Louise has been vomiting, having strange cravings, and some mood swings lately"
"I see. Louise, sit down" Louise sits on the bed and I stand next to her, grasping her hand tightly.
"Louise, how old are you?"
"20." (← I'm guessing!)
"And, I don't mean to put you in an uncomfortable position, but have you and Jerome," He stops. I look at Jerome and he looks at me.
"Well, I don't actually know."
"Well, how long has this been happening Mr. Aceti?"
"She's been like this for about 3 or 4 days. She has been vomiting a lot, she was then craving chicken, watermelon, ice cream, chocolate, you name it, she's been craving it. And then one second, she's all nice and she's all over me, and then she snaps like a hungry bacca."
"I see..." He rubs his hand behind his neck. "Ms. Daly and Mr. Aceti, I don't know how to put this. I don't know if it's going to excite you or anger you, but Ms. Daly sounds like she might be pregnant."
WHOA! Looks like there's going to be a little bacca running around soon! 🙀
