We made our way back to my grandma house. "Hey Granny." I smiled and hugged her. "Girl you had enough for all this?" My grandma chuckled. "Umm yeah I spaced out my money." I chuckled. I lied, i don't need anyone in my business right now.

"Lying ass." She laughed and walked towards the kitchen. Nevis soon followed into the house. "Come on lets go to my room." I told him. Yeah my grandma gave me my own room in her house because i love coming to see her.

"Look you need to learn how to fight. You ain't finna be with me talking shit and then get yo ass beat the fuck up." Nevis said. "Why do everyone want me to be this lil hood girl." I chuckled. "That's what you wanna be, you hang out with a hood ass nigga like me talk shit like you a hood girl do all this shit but can't fight to save yo life." Nevis snapped.

"Because people are there for me so i don't need to fight." I shrugged. "Well shit with me ima let them beat yo ass cause yo got too much mouth." He shrugged

"You so disrespectful. I don't even know why I-" i stopped myself before i said the wrong things. "Why you what?" He raised his eyebrow. "Nothing." I rolled my eyes. "That lil attitude need to go." He looked at me.

"You not my daddy." I told him. He chuckled. And smirked. "Ight." He smiled. "But nah for real ima sign you up for a class to learn how to fight. Youn gotta fight just if someone put they hands on you, you won't get yo ass beat." He shrugged.

"Ok I'll take the class." I told him. "When you going back home ? Ion need yo dad thinking I kidnapped you or some shit." He chuckled. "They know I'm with my grandma." I shrugged.

"Why you even still talking to a nigga. Yo lil bougie ass should be disgusted by a good nigga like me." Nevis asked. "I try not to judge people on where they come from or how they were raised." I shrugged. "Yo dad damn sure thinks otherwise." He chuckled. "Because my dad doesn't want people knowing that he grew up with money. My grandma and grandad didn't let him go around any type of way. He was a lil spoiled brat who tried to be hood he one tried to sell drugs too." I shrugged.

"Just like you." Nevis laughed. "You got it good ma. Why you wanna he from the slums?" He questioned me. "It's not that I wanna be from there I just like to associate with the people from there." I shrugged.

"You need some lil rich white friends youn fit in the hood baby girl." Nevis said. "I don't need to fit in. I was born to stand out boo." I told him.

"Excuse me then." He chuckled.

"Arial lets go." I turned and seen my dad. "Dad I'll be home tomorrow." I told him. "I ain't ask you. I'm telling you get yo ass up and let's go." He snapped. He looked at me then at Nevis. "Go to the car while i talk to him." He said.

I rolled my eyes and did as told.

Nevis

"If you about to be in my face telling me how I like your daughter and shit ain't no need to even talk to me." I told him before he even got to say anything. "Do you like her ?" He asked. "Nah." I told him.

"Good cause we moving." He said. I was a lil hurt but I won't finna show that shit to his ass. "Where?" I asked. "Why it matter youn like her." He chuckled. "I still care about her." I shrugged. "Well it don't matter we moving far away she changing her number and all that." He said. I nodded my head.

I got too much pride to even let that nigga prove me wrong or anything like that. "I'll let her tell you bye." He said. I nodded.

a few minutes pasted and Arial came up the stairs running towards me. "He's really making me leave." She said as a few tears slipped down her face. "You'll be alright. Just keep in contact with me. You know my number just let me know it's you." I told her.

"I'm literally leaving all my family. Like what am I gonna do." She sighed. "You gone live your life and be straight." I told her. "I hate that he's doing this." She sighed. "We gone be Ight." I said as I lifted up her head. "How can you have suc-"
