Part 5

        "Well, we don't have time. We have to get out so no more of us die." Daniel said. Arketa nodded and laid her now dead best friend on the ground. She stroked her hair one more time then looked at the boys. "Lets go." Arketa simply said. James and Daniel nodded in agreement. James looked out of the door to check to see if it was safe. It seemed calm. He motioned for Arketa and Daniel to follow him. Just as they were close to the door, a sword stabbed the door, inches form his hand. They all turned as they were staring at the ghost. She looked to be in her 20's with long, silky golden hair and a pretty black dress. She had blood trickling down her face from her head. Everyone gasped. She had swords on the floor, ready to slice through anyone or thing. She said in a deep and terrifying voice, "You won't make it out of my house alive! You have disturbed my peace and now you must die!" She began to throw the sword in their direction. James, Daniel, and Arketa dodged them pretty well. Just then, Arketa tripped on Daniel's foot and fell on the ground. The ghost took her chance and threw a sword at her.

        Arketa knew she couldn't go anywhere. She just laid there, feeling hopeless. James yelled, "ARKETA. NO!" He then jumped in front of her, getting stabbed in the eye with the sword. Arketa looked in front of her to see her barely living hero. The ghost then disappeared. Arketa caught his body, just as it was falling. James weakly said, "I know I won't live through this. Just know I loved you like a sister." Through tears, Arketa said, "I know. I love you too and I always will." She then put her hand on his heart. After about 2 minutes, James said, "Goodbye friends." Arketa then felt his heartbeat go away. She panicked and started to shake his body violently. Daniel ran to her and said, "Stop! He's dead. We have to continue with a plan to get out." Arketa understood and did the same thing she did when Gabby died. After she did, she kissed him on the cheek. They then ran towards the kitchen.......
