Just wanted to drop in here and let you know the wait for Prodigal need not be fruitless: in the interim check out this fun, festive short story that gets you into the Halloween spirit with a mix of sci-fi/fantasy, post-apocalypse, and horror, horror, horror.
The 9-chapter story centers on seven men sent on a desperate mission into the deep maw of a ruined city and soon find that Ludvastrom's streets and shuttered buildings are no place for the living. Expect chapter updates every other day until we hit that All Hallow's Eve. After that, we're on to Prodigal. (Aka, very, very soon :) )
