I woke up to that obnoxious song again. THE song. Stevie hacked my phone again, I know, because this is NOT my ringtone, and plus, it's 8 in the morning!

I sighed, and pushed back my covers. My body was glued to my bed and the sheets were begging me not to leave, but I had to. Wait...why did Stevie set my alarm so early? I hobbled to the kitchen, still half asleep, and found a note on my refrigerator.

"Up and adam, my lovely! Big day today! I know you're excited ;)"

I grumbled, and crumpled the note until I froze and thought, "Wait, how did she even get into my apartment?" These are things that I wonder, but choose to ignore for my own sake.

The concert was in 10 hours in counting.  All I had to do today was pick up some new laundry detergent from the store and bake some brownies for the old lady next door's birthday.  Mrs. Copperfield was one of the sweetest, most kindest ladies you will have ever met!  She was the one that helped me settle into the apartment and showed me around town.  She also introduced me to her grandson, Dylan.  Dylan was a year older than me, and had auburn hair that was spiked up in the front. He was very tan, with freckles sprinkled on his nose, and he had hazel eyes. He pretty much resembled a Hollister model.

It was a very nice day out, so I decided to wear a gray crop top with the words "music" written in a fancy writing on the front, with a black cami underneath.  I also wore my white Capri's and black strappy sandals.  I wove my strawberry-blond hair into a messy, side braid and added a sparkly clip to go on the side.  I grabbed my keys, phone, and headed out the door.  I was halfway down the hallway until I forgot to feed Noodles!  I sprinted back down the hall, but when I turned the corner, I ran into some clumsy idiot who knocked me over.

"Uhhhggggghhhhhhhhhh" I moaned, I hit my head on the wall behind me as I fell down.

I looked up to the see the idiot himself.  He had brown, curly hair that was messed up, and big green eyes.  His lips were pink, and curved slightly as he was looking down on me.

He noticed me looking at him and snapped out of his daydream.

"I'm so sorry, love! Are you okay?" He with a thick British accent asked.

"I don't know, but maybe next time you could watch where you're going."  Maybe I was a bit harsh, but hey!  He was the one that knocked me over like a bowling pin!

"Hold on, let me look you over."

I scoffed. He held out his hand for me to take it, but I declined.

I started to stand up, on my own. "Ha. Nice one. You use that one on all the ladies?"

"Erm actually I meant look you over as in, to see if your head is all right, love."

I stood there awkwardly, realizing my mistake, and I blushed instantly.

"O-Oh, uhh, s-sorry..well, I'm fine thanks.  I have to get going." I stammered.

"Wait!" He called, chasing me down the hallway as I busted my butt out of there, still embarrassed.

"What is is?"

"Can I have your number, love?"

Ugh. Boys, I swear.  It's boys like these that get on my nerves.

"Nope. See ya later!"

I turned around once more, only to his his face of amusement vanish, and turn into a face of confusion and shock. Ha. It was almost as if he was SURPRISED that I was head-over-heels in love with him.  I snickered, and strutted out of the building, confidently.

My head still aching, I climbed into my car and headed toward the nearest Walgreens.  Actually, the ONLY Walgreens.  I impatiently clicked the "lock" botton on my car keys until I heard the beep of the car, and I walked into the department store. I started searching for the laundry detergent...Crackers....Medicine.....Toys.....Ahh!  Finally! Detergents/soaps! I searched the shelves for the usual detergent, until I felt someone whispering in my ear.

"Whatcha got there, darling?"

I gasped whiel jerking my head around to reveal a familiar, auburn haired boy.

"Don't scare me like that ever again Dylan!  My head already hurts enough as it is!"

"Hey, I couldn't resist."  He winked.  "So why does your heart hurt? Fall down the stairs again?"

He chuckled while I glared at him.

"No.  Some idiot barreled my over while I was ru- walking down the hallway this morning, and I hit my head on the wall."

"Oh sorry to hear it! Need some Advil?  After all, we are at Walgreens!"

"I'll take some when I get home.  Right now, I have to get home and start baking some brownies for your grandma's birthday today."

"Oh, right. Right."

"Yep. I'll be over at your place later this afternoon.  In the meantime, I need to get ready for a concert tonight.  Stevie's forcing me into going to the One Direction concert tonight."

"Ahh. Isn't that that British-Irish-boy band?"

"I guess so, yeah.  Well, I gotta go now, I will see you literally, in a couple hours!"

"Allright, see ya!"
