As I walked home from school there it was the path no one ever goes down because they never come out or they never find there way out of the path . Over 14 people have disappeared in there no one knows where they are or where they went in the path . Every time someone goes missing they always send out a search team at the path but they always come out in groups but each time 1 person is always missing . One day when I got home from school there was a person standing next to a tree near the woods I took a step forward but right when I did he vanished when my dad said my name but when I looked back he was closer . I took off running back to my house . I never told my dad I saw him because I was afraid he wouldn't believe me or he would call me a liar so I acted like it never happened . I ran up to my room and looked out the window and there he was again but as soon as my dad walked in he disappeared. Am I the only one who could see him ? I asked my dad to come look and he was there again but my dad said that there was no one there and he asked me if i was tired right when my dad left the room he disappeared again when I turned around there he was right behind me and he handed me a note and then disappeared again . When I opened it my body felt fear . The note said " If you can see me then why cant your father we need your help to escape these woods . Will you help us please we really need you " . So I wrote down on a piece of paper " how can I help and how would I help ?" I had no confidence that i could actually help him or would I end up like him and the others ?
