Baldi walked into the classroom and walked up to his desk. I watch him do all of this. The way he walked was smooth. He looked at me before speaking.

"Alright, it's time for everyone's favorite subject, maath!" He said with enthusiasm. Now that I think about it, he's really cheerful...too cheerful.

Baldi puts three problems on the board.

3+4=

8-9=

5-1=

...These were kindergarten problems. Why did I need to learn kindergarten problems?

"Alright, raise your hand whenever you think you have the answer." He said in a monotone voice. I raised my hand almost instantly.

"Sir, the answers are 7, -1, and 4." I answer casually.

"Great job! Because you answered all three problems correctly, come here and get your prize!" He said, holding out his hand. I stood up and walked over to him.

I grabbed what he was holding. It was...a shiny quarter? I didn't question it. I go back to my seat and sit down, I could feel Baldi's eyes on me the entire time.

Was it just me, or is Baldi starting to fall for me?
