Arlo's P.O.V.

I woke up and went downstairs to the kitchen.
Mom was cooking pancakes and dad was helping her.
My brothers were already eating and I sat down next to Trent. I used to sit next to Cash, but we would constantly fight, so mom made him switch spots with Trent.

I sat down and dad gave me a plate of pancakes.
"So boys, I was thinking that we could go to the mall today." Mom told us.
"Sure." My brothers replied.
"What about you, Arlie?" Mom asked.
"I don't know." I answered.

"Come on, Arlo. I know you're an antisocial little pest, but if you don't go, we all can't go." Cash replied.
"Wow Cash, such a compelling argument." I smirked.
"Ari, can you please come?" Trent asked as Eli came over to me.
"If you go I'll get you the same hat that I have." Eli whisphered.
"Fine. I'll go." I sighed.
"Okay. We leave once everyone is finished eating." Dad told us.
"Ari, change out of your pyjamas." Trent said.
I finished eating and went up to my room.
I changed into a collared shirt, a hoodie, and a pair of jeans.
I went downstairs and Cash was standing near the door.
"Everyone else is already in the van. Come on." He told me.
I nodded while putting my shoes on and we walked out.
Cash locked the door and we got into the van.

We drove the twenty minutes to the mall and parked tbe van.
"Okay. Buddy up. Dad and I are going to go get some stuff for someone's birthday, and you boys do what you want." Mom told us, implying that she was getting me birthday gifts since my birthday is next week.

"Who is going with who?" Dad asked.
"I'm going with Eli." I answered.
"No way, I'm going with Eli!" Cash argued.
"No you're not!" I replied.
"Yes I am! He's my triplet!" Cash said.
"Yeah, well he's my older brother." I replied.
"Boys, enough. Eli is going with Arlo." Dad told us.
Cash sighed and we all got out.
"Eli make sure he stays close to you and don't lose him like Cash did." Mom told him.
"Not losing him if it was intentional." Cash smirked.
"Cash Caleb, don't test me." Mom replied.
Cash smirked as he walked away with Trent.

Eli and I went into some random store and he walked to the very back.
"Which hat?" He asked me.
I looked up at the wall of hats and couldn't see the top rows.
Eli lifted me up so I could see and I saw the one I wanted.
"That one." I told him.

The one with the palm trees?" He asked as he put me down

The one with the palm trees?" He asked as he put me down.
"Yeah." I answered.
He grabbed it and gave it to me.
"Thanks Eli." I said and hugged him.
"Hey, no hugging in public unless there are parents or hot girls around." He quietly said putting his hands on my arms, trying to push me away.
"Bria Thawne is coming towards us." I replied, reffering to the head cheerleader coming over to us.
He hugged me and Bria came over to us.
We pulled away and I stood beside him.
"Hey Elijah." She smiled.
"Hey Bria." He replied.
"Aw, is this your little brother?" She said.
"Yeah. This is Arlo." He said.
"Aw, he's adorable." She cooed.
"How old is he?" She asked.
"Eleven." Elijah answered.
Excuse me? I am not eleven. I am twelve. I'm almost a teenager!
I didn't say anything out of fear of making him look bad.
They talked for a couple minutes and then she left.
