Chapter 6: Taken.....Again

Eclipse POV

I looked back to Vylad and Laurence who were fighting. Vylad was fighting Katelyn and Laurence was fighting Garroth. I guess Vylad didn't want to fight someone with the same face as his brother. Well, his nice brother... The problem was that I couldn't see Michael or Enki or the Demon Warlock or whatever you want to call him anywhere. I looked behind me and the group I was standing with. I saw him there about to punch one of us. I kicked but made sure to avoid hurting the other person. Who shares the body.

Travis POV

I could see what was happening still even though I couldn't control my mind or body. The girl everyone called Eclipse turned around and kicked Michael. I was prepared to feel the pain too but it never came. What!? I saw her kick me/Michael! Michael was in pain. Why wasn't I? Does it have something to do with what they were talking about or is she THAT skilled at kicking people who are borrowing a body?

Eclipse POV

Michael seemed to be in pain from the kick but quickly recovered. Shoot! He grabbed my arm and put something around my wrist. She didn't let go of my arm though. I tried freeing myself but I couldn't. Why is he so strong! He then called Katelyn and Garroth over. One of them hit me over to head and I blacked out.

Vylad POV

Oh come on! Again!? What's with everyone and trying to get Eclipse!? Jeez. I get that she's powerful but shouldn't everyone know by now that they can't control that power!? Maybe he intends to kill her? Oh shoot! That may be it..... I better go help. Me and Laurence both went to try to help but Garroth stopped us as Katelyn was carrying Eclipse out with Michael in front of her. Me and Laurence couldn't get past Garroth until it was too late.

Aphmau POV

Did he seriously just come her to take Eclipse? That's stupid. He should just leave us alone. That's technically kidnapping. Where's the phone? I gotta call the police. Wait. They can't do anything 😑. Come on! Why Michael gotta be able to control people's minds!? Then Garroth and Katelyn wouldn't have helped and Eclipse wouldn't have gotten taken. I wish I could've helped but I couldn't. It all happened too quickly. And what was that he put on her wrist? Not important. What's important is that we get her back. But how?

"They probably went back to the building we found Aaron." I suggested. "It's worth checking." Said Zane. "Can you guys tell us a bit about what we may be facing?" Vylad asked. "Well, Michael can control people's minds. He has about at least 100 guards. He's controlling our friends Garroth and Katelyn who are super good at fighting now." Aaron listed. "And he's that Enki person you know." Said Zane. "Oh yeah. That might be a problem." Said Laurence. "So, are we all going?" I asked.

"Well, me and Vylad need to go. If you guys come, it's really your choice." Said Laurence. "Well, I'm going! She brought me back to life." I said. "I'll go too. She helped me escape." Said Aaron. "She brought my friend back to life and defended us against all the people who attacked us. I'm in." Said Zane. "I'm going for the same reason as Zane." Said Kawaii~Chan, not wanting to re-say it. "Then let's hurry before something happens to her." Said Vylad. We headed to the building we found Aaron. No one was there. Not a single person.

We searched the whole place. No one. Not even a sound. I then found a note. It was blank. "Um. There's a piece of paper that wasn't here before but there's nothing written on it." I said. "It may be an enchanted message. I know Enki was good at making them." Said Vylad. "A what now?" I asked. "An enchanted message is a message that is directed to one or a few people. It may change depending on the person." He explained. "Well, clearly it isn't for me. Why don't one of you guys try reading it." I said and passed it to Vylad.

He read it out loud. "We are not here. Go ahead and waste your time looking. You'll never find us. And if you do see us again, know that Y/n will be under my control. You might want to hide now if you don't want to die sooner." He read. "So that's how he plans to use the relic?" Laurence asked. "It must be. This could be worse than we thought. We need to hurry!" Said Vylad. We rushed out of them building and started looking.

Eclipse POV

Ow! My head! Did they have to hit me that hard!? Jeez. I sat up. Of course. I was locked up in a prison cell. I saw Michael. "Seriously? Must I say it again. No one can control my relic." I said unimpressed and annoyed. "No one but you. I am aware. That's why instead I'll just have to control how you use the relic." He said. "You can't. Your stupid mind control eyes don't work on me remember?" I said. "They don't but this potion will." He said and held up a bottle with a green potion. "Let me guess, same kind of potion you used on Katelyn and Garroth?" I asked.

"Not as dumb as you look." He laughed. "You know you just insulted yourself right? You look dumber than I do. Also, you called me dumb which means that a 'dumb' person would be able to guess your plan. Therefore, your plan isn't fool proof." I said.

Travis POV

Wow burn! This girl got attitude. Who is she though? She seemed to know me earlier but told stories I don't remember. Maybe she was taking about a different Travis. Either way, kitty's got claws and she ain't afraid to use them. Even when faced with someone who can kill her and her friends and can control her mind soon 👍.

Eclipse POV

"Shut up!" He yelled. "Mad I'm smarter even though I'm younger?" I teased. "You're not smarter. You called yourself dumb!" He said. "Actually, I didn't. I said that you think that a dumb person would be able to figure out your plan. Since you thought I was dumb and I figured out your plan. I never said specifically that I was dumb. Just that someone who is unintelligent would be able to figure out your plan." I countered. He got mad and threw the potion at me. I shielded my face with my arm but then suddenly couldn't control my body anymore.

My relic should've protected me. Why didn't it?
