Chapter 10: Answers

Katelyn POV

Just as Aphmau opened her mouth to answer the questions, Travis appeared out of nowhere. "What just happened?" He asked. "Oh my. It appears there's a lot that needs to be explained." Commented Aph. I nodded. "But first, let's not stay here." I suggested. Vylad came over and I handed Eclipse to him. He picked her up. Just as we were about to leave, two people showed up at the door. One of them was.... Mom? The other looked a bit like Aph. What's going on?

"What happened in here?" Asked the man. "D-dad?" Aphmau seemed shocked. So I guess that's her dad. "Mom?" I asked, also shocked. "Aphmau?" "Katelyn?" The two adults at the door seemed shocked. "What are you doing here dad?" Aphmau asked. "I work with Michael." He answered. "Mom? Why are you here?" I asked. "I'm working with Michael as well. Who do you think put the forever potion on you?" She replied. So, it wad her who did this to me.

"Wait. Do I also have a forever potion?" Aph asked. "No. Your half brother had it instead." Her dad answered. "My what?" She asked. "Your half brother Ein." He responded.

Aphmau POV

Ein!?!? "You mean the same Ein that killer me?" I was surprised. "Yeah. Him." Dad replied. All this time he was my brother!? "What happened in here?" Katelyn's mom repeated. "We got rid of Michael." Aaron answered. "What!? You guys got rid of him!? I thought that was impossible!" Dad seemed shocked. "Well, until recently, I thought coming back to life was impossible so..." I commented. "Yeah. Mind explaining that part? You clearly aren't dead." Asked dad.

"I was brought back to life. That's all you need to know. I can't believe you were working with Michael this whole time. Get out of our way. Me and my friends are leaving." I replied coldly. He and Katelyn's mom did as told and moved out of our way. Me and my friends headed back to the resort. "So, can you explain now?" Katelyn asked. "I don't know what to start with..." I trailed off. "Well, I want to know how Vylad and Laurence are here." Garroth said. "We aren't from this world." Laurence responded.

"What?" Asked Katelyn, confused. "Me, Laurence and Eclipse came from a different world where there are different versions of people." Vylad explained. "But then, how are you guys here?" Katelyn asked. Vylad and Laurence explained that and we all helped explain the rest of the story. Eclipse then started to wake up. "My relic. It's really broken isn't it?" She said sadly. "Unfortunately, yes." Vylad replied. Eclipse held the shard in front of her and started staring at it.

Eclipse POV

So, it's really broken. I looked at the shard I had picked up. It still showed signs of magic. Maybe...maybe I can fix it. I just need all the other pieces but... I don't feel their presence. I then heard something. It sounded like footsteps outside. I turned my head ti face the door. I saw Melissa holding her bloody shoulder. I don't feel any magic from her. That must be the Melissa from this world. "Aaron. Kawaii~Chan. Didn't you say she died?" I asked as I pointed to the door.

I was the only one who was looking at the door until I spoke up. Everyone turned to look at the door too. "She did. Isn't that the one from your world?" Aaron asked. I was about to answer but Melissa spoke first. "Aaron? You're safe. I'm glad." She said as tears formed in her eyes. I could see tears form in Aaron's shocked eyes as well. "B-but. You died." He said. "No. The shot missed." She responded. Aaron run up to her and gave her a hug. "What happened to your shoulder?" Aphmau asked.

"I never said the bullet completely missed..." She replied. I went up to her. "Let me see." I said. She looked at me confused but then moved her hand from holding her shoulder. I was able to heal the wound. "Thank you but...." She started. "Don't ask." I responded. "Okay. Thank you." She thanked. "You're welcome." I replied. I then turned to Laurence and Vylad. "We need to search for the rest of the pieces." I told them. "What?" Asked Laurence confused. "We need to find the other pieces of my relic. They're still out there and they still hold power." I explained.

"Alright. Maybe they all just went back to our world." Vylad suggested. "Maybe. I'll try to use this shard to bring us there." I said. I turned to the group from those world. "Thank you for helping us." I thanked. "Thank you for helping us." Zane thanked. "Here. You guys can have this to remind you of us." I said as I summoned a crescent moon hair clip that had a f/c gem on it (below). I handed it to Aphmau. Next thing I know, my wrist is glowing.

A bracelet magically appeared beside the one from Enki. The bracelet was a silver chain bracelet that had a purple crescent moon charm on it (below except the charm is purple). "What's this?" I asked myself curiously. "Anyway. We better go. Bye." I waved. Everyone else said bye and I used the shard to being me, Vylad and Laurence to another dimension. Problem is, this isn't OUR dimension...
