Sitting on the floor of the Great Hall, Narcissa Malfoy took a deep breath, happy that the war which almost took everything from her was finally over. She looked at her husband and son and saw their worried faces. She knew that they were afraid of being sent to Azkaban. But fortunately her lie was enough to keep all of them out of Azkaban. If it hadn't been for her lie, Potter couldn't have won the war.

Narcissa dismissed these thoughts from her mind when she was the corpse of her niece. Even though she stopped considering Andromeda her sister, she never wanted her to lose her daughter. Both of them were mothers.

She watched Andromeda fall to her knees crying in front of the dead bodies of her daughter and son-in-law. But when the baby in her arms started crying too, Andromeda wiped his tears and comforted him.

After their trials had ended, the Malfoys went back to the manor. Narcissa was happy that none of them had been sent to Azkaban.

How ironic, she thought. For years, she had been taught the importance of blood purity but it was this belief which could have destroyed everything.

She and her sisters had the same upbringing but all of them ended up following differents paths. And all of them were led by love. Bellatrix's love for her lord and the dark arts, Andromeda's love for the muggleborn and Narcissa's love for her family.

Love had shaped them and chosen their fates. The three sisters had destroyed the bond between them long before the war ended. It was over, it was the end of the sisterhood.

It was over, it was the end of the sisterhood
