II: Halloween

(Y/n) p.o.v

"Hallowhen?" I pronounce.

"It's Halloween." Erzan corrected me.

"What is this hallowen about?" I ask him.

"You dress up as a monster and get free candy from people. And scare people." Erzan answered.

"Hm..." I think for a joke. "A monster...like you guys?" I say.

Then Callum gasped. "That was rude (y/n)!"

I chuckle. "I was kidding baby~ . You are no monster, but I bet you are in b-" Rayla smacked my head.

"You need to stop hitting on everyone you meet." She glares at me.

"What? I only hit on cute things." I rub my head and glare at her.

"You made Callum mad now, look at his red face." She says.

I look at Callum's face and see his face red as fuck. "Wow...but he does not look mad." I walk near him and put my hands on his cheeks softly. He turned redder and warmer. "He is sick?!" I say.

"N-no I'm not!" He protests. "I'm just embarrassed." He mumbles.

"Why? Did I embarrassed you in some sort of way?" I ask.

"N-no." He pulls away from me and walks away covering his face.

I stood there confused. "Huh...anyway. Erzan tells me more about your culture." I excitedly hold his hand.

"Okay."

Callum p.o.v

Ah!!! Why did he have to be so close? I blush more and hugged my knees. "Hey, Callum are you alright?" I heard Rayla ask.

I look behind me and see Rayla on the other side of the tree, facing my brother and (y/n). "Yes." I answer.

"Do you perhaps like (y/n) by any chance?" She sat next to me and I blushed more.

"N-no! What makes you think that! I like him as a friend but nothing more!" I hid my face.

Rayla laughs. "Oh really? Well even if you don't like (y/n) that way, you should know to be careful. (Y/n) has always been dating many kinds of creatures. But I'm just warning you as a friend not to hurt (y/n) and trust him. If he hurts you just let me know so I can kill him."

I chuckle. "Thanks."

"Ooo you guys having a little moment?" (Y/n) came running past us yelling and then he sits in front of us.

"Wow, you are so fast!" Erzan exclaims.

"Thanks, buddy." (Y/n) fist bumps him.

Rayla sighs. "You big idiot."

"Aw, thanks, babe. I'm a big idiot but your idiot." (Y/n) jokes.

"You seriously got to stop flirting with me." Rayla said. I smile sadly at the two.

"How can I stop when you are the only one in my heart?"

"Because Callum likes you romantically," Erzan spoke.

"ERZAN!" I yell at him and felt my face burn up.

(Y/n) looks at me with wide eyes, I saw no excitement or anything. "(Y-y/n) don't take it the wrong way." I said.

"Callum...I'm sorry but I don't like you that way." He stands up and I felt my heart break into pieces.

"I-It's Okay." I stutter and make a fist and look down at the ground.

"(Y/N)! How could you say that?!" Rayla stood up and smacked (y/n).

I ran away from them and decided to sit down and cry. These stupid feelings...why did I have to fall for him? "I'm a disgrace."

Night fell and I decided to walk back to where my friends were. I saw Rayla and Ezran and (y/n) in a circle. "You're back!" Erzan smiles at me.

"Yeah." I said looking at (y/n) and he had a serious face then I saw him smirk. He didn't make eye contact with me though. "I'm going to be over here and um...yea..." I awkwardly said and walked a few feet's away from them.

After a couple of minutes (y/n) came and sat in front of me. "Hey Callum," he smiles at me and I look down on the ground. "Can we go somewhere to talk privately?"

"Yea sure!" I quickly stood up and went away from the others.

Then I turn around to see (y/n) gone. "(Y/n)?" I ask as I look around.

Suddenly I was pinned down on the ground and saw (y/n) smirk. "I like you too Callum." He pressed his lips on mines and got off, then he started to laugh. "Did I scare you?"

I felt happy that I started to cry. "What's wrong?" He came close to me.

I pushed him away. "Y-you scared me you jerk! I thought you hated me."

"Awww, I would never hurt you my baby artist." He hugs me. "But tell me did I scare you good or do I need more work?"

"You did just so fine." I answer.

"Great! And happy Halloween." He kissed my forehead.

"You dumbass Halloween is in two days. Plus halloween is about scaring others with monster costume."

"Really?! Wow, Erzan didn't tell me that." He frowns.

I grab his face and kiss him. This time he blushed. "Why is my face burning?! Omgwad am I sick?!" He freaks out.

"No, dumbass."

"Oh great, the last thing I need is to be sick. Anyway does this mean you are mine?" He asks.

"Yes." I answer.

"Great now about earlier, are you a monster in be-" suddenly Rayla came and smacked his head.

"You seriously never learn do you?"
