BEWARE

Chapter 2

My parents were standing at the door waving me off like it was my first day on the bus. But in reality I was on my way to a unsupervised teen party where there would be underage drinking, dancing and lots of guys. OH yeah and I did I mention lots of drinking. I just smiled feeling guilty that I said we were going to a midnight premiere. I just rolled up my window pushing my gultiness away with my regret and I drove away quickly. I had drove to pick up Ryan and Jessie from there houses. Ryan and jessie both wore super fancy clothes and Jessis did her hair and make-up instantly makign me feel underdress and unprepared. They both smile and greeted me. Jessie got in sat in the front with me. The entire ride she was just smiling and dancing to the song on the radio. I laughed at her being silly bu I just tried to focus on the Road. It was so dark. I followed the GPS direction to go to the party but it seemed like it led to no where. It was very dark and i rarely ever drove around these parts of the city. NOONE drove in these parts of the city. They were so acient and the roads were so old that there were barley lines on it anymore. I could only see trees on the side of the street and the lights from my car. "Do you know where your going?" I heard Ryan shout from the back. It was a fair question but I choose not to answer. I wanted to say something smart but in truth i was gettign a bit worried. The GPS told me to turn right on a dirt road. I paused . This had to be wrong. Could I have the wrong address. I turned down the radion a bit. I looked over at the road, it seemed like it led to bassically nothing. I almost refuse to go down the road. Suddenly we all heard a scream. I turned the music all the way down. I turned my car lights off as the hairs on my back stood up."Oh my god, what is that" jessie whimpered. I crouch down as i see a figure approaching in the dark, I try to make out what the figure is but i couldnt tell from this far. The screaming got closer and closer. I saw the figure of a girl. I quickly turned my lights on to see who it was. It was some random long haired girl. But this girl, She wasn't screaming cause she was scared, she was screaming because her boyfriend or some boy was carrying her and running around. "This is definitely the place." Jessie said. She gave me a weird look. "Are you okay you seem nervous. " She asked Even though she looked terrified before. Of course I'm nervous, We were in the woods celebrating a girl getting attacked by a bear in the woods. These probably were the same woods. "I'm just excited." I lied. Pushing the gas and moving past the two love birds screaming.

Once we kept driving, the entire scenry changed. The forest seemed to have glown up and changed into a club like atmosphere for all the teend in town. I then saw the huge lights and heard the music. Ryan hooted from the back of the car. He made me jump a bit . It was unexpected. I parked my car and as soon as I stopped. Both of them ran out to join the party. I just laughed. Those two were crazy. I quickly got out of the car. Not wanting to be left behind. I locked the door. And walked towards the party. Approaching the door i noticed There were people outside of the big cabin. The cabin was huge and beautiful, it was a shame that a huge party be thrown here. I began to walk inside music blasted from wall to wall and teens were wasted everywhere. It was still early though only could imagine the toxicity count by the end of the night. I walked throughout the party noticing all the people here, there were SO many people in this log cabin it was hard to get my own air. I was sure not all of the people knew Katherine. She was popular but she was mean. And a mean girl like katherine had trouble keepign freinds. I'm sure if this didn't include free alcohol Half of the people wouldn't be here. Sad, but true.
I began to scan for people I knew. I couldn't really find any one I knew keeping in mind, this really wasn't my scene.So I walked all around the house but I couldn't even find the people I came with that's when I decided to go upstairs. I esclated up the stairs being very careful. Trying not to fall as I reached the top because i had a tendency to fall in public and embarass myself.. I could already spot Jessie and Ryan dancing wildly.They seemed to be in a wild trance not even dancing to the beat of the rthym but they didnt care. I just stood staring, not wanting to walk toward them but I felt so awkward watching them. They were dancing so well and I knew I couldn't dance and I just wanted to bury myself for that. If I stayed they would invite me to dance. So I decided to leave. I turned around to go downstairs. The way down seemed much more dramatic and longer. I wandered aimlessly around looking at everything it all began to make me feel dizzy like I was gonna puke. At first sight of the door I just walked straight out. I felt relief as I exited. There was only like a couple of people outside now. I wondered how long I had wandered around. It must have been only a minute. This is how all parties went with me. I ended up just waiting outside. It was my routine. Except now it was a huge forest and I was almost alone.
it was cold and chilly. The forest was so dark no extra lights or anything. I frowned at the thought of waiting out here for hours. I looked at my car it was far back from the cabin but I could sleep for a few hours if i went in it. With one last look at the cabin I left the porch leaving the loud party for the quiet, dark forest. Each step I took felt more and more scarier. I was frightened that the boogey man or chucky would pop out and id be the idiot who dies first in every scary movie. I tried to step over each branch but I seemed to just make tons and tons of noise .I just began to ignore the ground enitrely . I was getting close to my car though . when I got 5 feet away I hit my unlock button . after that I ran inside closing the door tight behind me And then locking it as if someone was chasing me. I felt even more safe in my car. I turned the key in the ignition it didn't turn on. I tried once turn the key tighter then slowly it roared and Suddenly turned on. the lights flicked on. That's when I saw it. Two vicoues yellow eyes staring at me. I screamed and jumped to the back seat. it was an animal , maybe a bear. Maybe it would come drag me to the river and slice me up too. I cried for help but I'm sure no one heard me. The lights automatically turned off. So now it was complete and utter darkness. I tried to look out the side windows but, the bigger car on the side was in the way. I was so scared that I just stayed in the back silently. I hoped whatever it was had went away. I had to report this . I wanted to call the police but I knew if I did I would have to bust the party. "oh my god . Why ." I was panicking and just blabbering .i Finnaly stopped shaking long enough to crawl to the front again and sit down . I started up the car again and the lights flicked on once more. I closed my eyes and ducked to the ground. I was so fearful. It was silent all I heard was the motor and my hard panting. I didnt wan to look for fear of when i open my eyes there my be another pair of eyes starign straight back at me. I lifted my head slightly and to my surprise the eyes were gone. Was I going insane or did that just happen, I couldn't believe it just seeing it one time. I could be ,delusional because that's what I was expecting to see. Especially since of the Katherine thing. I sunk in my seat feeling like a lunatic. This was too much for me to take in. I couldn't sleep I just stared at the clock waiting hoping the party woudl end soon but even i knew this parrty was a rage that would continue on until shut down SO i continued wating..And waiting ..and waiting. Until I had drifted off.
