chapter 4 the fight

Lucy's prov. 

it was the next morning and I was getting ready to meet my mom for the morning. I had put on a pair of light blue jeans and yellow tank top with a black belt and my keys attached.

I had just finished brushing my hair, when natsu barged into my room. I only sighted. he usually jumped in throw my window. so it was different for a change.

he then looked at me and spoke.

"you've got to stay with me all the time from now on." he looked grim as he said it.

I looked at him and then said "no." thinking why the hell he's doing this.

"look," he said." I need you to let me stay with you." I looked at him. then sighed.

"No natsu, why are you taking an interest in following me?!?"

he looked away. then at the ceiling.

then back to me. "because- " his voice faultered. he looked to my left then, looked back at me. "because juvia wants me to go on those st- "

"No." I said over him.

"she's not."

"I know your lying."

"I am not lying!  "

"then feel me what is relly is going on!" I shouted.

" I can't!"

" so you don't trust me?!!!"

" of course I do its just, I-  I can't tell you. I don't want to see you get hurt."

" So I can't take care of myself now?!"

" No! that's not- not what I'm saying!

OK yes that's what I'm saying! but- "

I cut him off.

" No natsu. don't. just don't."

I stormed out of my room and ran to my mother to have out first training session.

natsu's prov.

for the last few days me and Lucy have avoided each other. it's not good.

today i decided I'm going to apologize because it was my fault any of this started.

I thought of all of this as I was walking. to Lucy's room.

I slowly opened the door to see Lucy looking out her window into the regarding sunset.

she looked so beautiful. her hair glistening gold.

she just looked so amazing!  and wonderfull! and for some reason I wanted to kiss her. wait....

...what the hell am I thinking!?!?!?!?!???!!!

where jut partners. then I snapped out of it And just decided to move on and say sorry.

Lucy's prov.

I was staring out the window when I here my door opening and the shuffling sound of feet.  I stayed there silently willing the person to go away.

after a few moments the person spoke.

"I'm sorry."

I whipped around so fast I almost tripped. I knew he'd come soon. I walked over and looked at him and spoke.

" I'm sorry to. its my fault.  I got all defensive and-" he cut me off.

" naw,  that was me. I didn't mean to be so rude." 

(the song rude by magic just popped up in my head. lol XD )

I looked at him. He seemed sincere.

"so... are we friends again?"

" um... ya."

I looked at him again. he was eyeing my lips. I smiled think that's all he wanted.  then he caught me by surprise.  He leaned toward me and kissed me. and for some weird reason I kissed him back. and then we both pushed away.

natsu cleared his throat and I looked at him again.

" uh... sorry. " he mumbled.

I started to blush the color of erza's hair.

natsu had started to blush too. and then my face got red- er. and then he sprinted out of my room.  I slowly walked over to my bed left only one though as I fell into sleep.

did natsu just kiss me?!?!?!?!
