-10- pain

Y/n pov

I stand in the middle of the room, eyes closed.
Loki and I are trying to train my powers.
I start concentrating on the phoenix, and as soon as i do that, I feel the power of the spirit animals going through me and I open my eyes.

A transparent bird with fire wings start flying out me and when he's out me he gets color and the fire on his wings stops.

"Woah" I hear Loki say "I've heard of  a phoenix but I've never seen one" he tries to touch it but when his hand is near the wing of the phoenix, it starts to burn and it almost burns Loki's hand.

"Stupid bird" I hear him mumble.

I close my eyes again, now concentrating on the basilisk.
He comes out too and after 15 minutes of concentrating all the creatures I know are out of me. There are probably more but I don't know more.

They all stand in a line, Basilisk on the left, Kobalt on the right.

"So what now?" Loki says tired.
All the animals he tried to touch tried to attack him and now he's walking to me very careful. He doesn't want to get attacked.

"I don't know" I say, "maybe I should give them names?"
"Yeah sure, give them names" he says.

I go to the basilisk putting my hand on it. I think for a second and then I say his name "your name is Tom"

Don't look at me like that, I know it's a weird name for a basilisk but in my universe it's the name of the actor who plays Loki and spidey so I had to give him that name.

The basilisk looks me in the eyes and pain goes through my hand to my head.
I mumle something in pain while almost fallinh backwards.

Loki catches me and asks "y/n, are you okay? What happened? Did he hurt you?"
"Yeah i'm fine, I don't know what happened" I tell him.

I step to the phoenix, and I put again my hand on his head "you're name is..... Fawkes!"
The Phoenix bows his head and his wings start burning.

Again I feel pain going through my hand but this time to my shoulders instead of my head.

The pain is worse so this time I yell out of pain.
"Y/n are you sure you are okay?!" Loki asks worried.

I bite my lips from the pain "yes, yes I am. I guess this is going to happen by every animal."

In like, 30 minutes later all the animals have a name. And I have the feeling my bones are broken.

I sit on the ground, still in pain from the last spirit animal, the unicorn.

The good thing is that they all have names now.

The basilisk is Tom, The phoenix is Fawkes, pegasus is just Pegasus, a wolf is Luna, the unicorn is Browny, and an eagle is Sam.

I am very bad in names but Loki agreed with them, I think he just did that to make me happy.

"Let's train more" Loki says "can you move them? Do they listen to you?"

I look at the spirit animals "I honestly don't know" I say.

"Well... than you have to try"

"Okay... uhm..." I turn to Fawkes and say "look for Thor"

Fawkes get's transparent and flies through the door.

"Uhm... how do we know if he's going to do that?" Loki asks.
"I don't know, maybe we should follow it?" I suggest.

I try concentrating on the phoenix again and suddenly i'm not in the room with Loki.

I see Thor, in a ship, on the ground.

"He's coming" I say.

I hear Loki's voice answering but I don't see him "who's coming?"

"Thor, he's on his way to this planet" I say.
"To... save us?" Loki asks.

"No, as a gladiator" I say.
"How do you know that?"
"I see him" I tell
"Well I don't see him, what do you exactly see?" Loki says.

"He's lying on the ground, of glass, in a spaceship, that's all"

"Are you seeing through the eyes of the phoenix?" he asks.

I giggle, I don't really know why "I guess so" I say.

"How do you see with your normal eyes again?"

I concentrate on my normal body and I see through my normal eyes again.

"Like this" I tell Loki with a smile.
