Chapter 2: Sayori's annoying question!

Hiya! I'm back!!!!!! Hee hee!!

"Hi, MC!!" Sayori squeaked. Monika mentally, groaned. It wasn't fair!! She was about to confess to MC and her annoying club members just had to interrupt her?!?! Sayori, slightly pushed Monika out of the way to get to MC, with Natsuki and Yuri behind her. Natsuki was a tsundere, so, she often hid her feelings for MC and snapped, when she was embarrassed. Sayori was a deredere, so, she was always energetic, excited and happy, while, Yuri was more shy and polite and very generous. Monika was taller than Sayori and Natsuki, but out of them all, including MC, Yuri was the tallest with Natsuki, being the shortest member, in the literature club.

Sayori, excitedly, started up a conversation with MC, leaving Monika on the side, very annoyed. Monika cleared her throat. She was the president of the club, so she got to run things around here. She decided to distract Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki by talking about what they'll be doing in the club, that day. "Okay!! Let's finish our poems from yesterday!!" Monika ordered, loudly. "Hmmm?" Sayori hummed, as her attention was now on Monika. Monika felt relief and happiness, that they were no longer talking to MC. Monika was pretty much done, giving directions but, she wanted to keep talking to distract them, from talking to MC. "If you need any help with your poems, I'm here!!" Monika went on, glancing at MC. Sayori, shoved her poem out of her folder and continued to write more words to it. "My poem's almost done." Yuri whispered. "MC, I have some cupcakes from yesterday. N-not that I baked them for you or anything they were just in my fridge, last night and I didn't really know who to give them, too! S-so, do you want them?" Natsuki asked, blushing, a little. Monika felt angered, that MC was giving Natsuki his attention and not her. Monika was still standing in front of MC's desk, glaring at Natsuki, hard. Natsuki fidgeted, with her pastel pink, hair and her cheeks turned even more red. Monika stood there, she didn't start working on her poem, she didn't move, she just stood there, frozen, waiting for MC's response, staring at Natsuki with a cold, hard look in her eyes. MC smiled at Natsuki. "Of course, I would... Natsuki!" MC responded. Monika's eyes grew in anger. She tried not to show it, though. She forced herself to put on a warm, friendly smile. Natsuki gave him a light smile and bent down to scoop two, pink frosted, strawberry, cupcakes out of her bag as, she got back up and placed them on MC's desk. "Thank you, Natsuki. They look delicious!" MC expressed, as he bit into one of the cupcakes, in delight. Happiness and relief, poured onto Natsuki's face. Monika, couldn't take it, she had to distract MC from talking to Natsuki, instantly! "Uhh.. MC! Have you finished your poem, yet?!" Monika asked, hoping it'd distract him from Natsuki. MC looked at his poem, it seemed pretty much complete. "Oh, yes... I have, Monika.!" MC answered. Monika grinned, but this time her smile was more sincere, than her fake one. Monika had finished her poem, from yesterday, so, she didn't really have much to do, except, stand around in front of MC, Sayori, Yuri and Natsuki and glare at them, coldly if, they were to flirt with or confess to MC. "That's great, MC! Great job!" Monika expressed, as she picked up MC's poem and put it on her desk in the front of the room. "Oh, MC. I have a book, I think you should read." Yuri stated, as she pulled out a book, Monika couldn't care less about. Here, we go, again! Monika thought to herself. Yuri handed MC, the book. "Oh, thank you, Yuri! I will read this, tonight!" MC responded, as he gently slid the book into his bag. "Yuri, are you done with your poem?" Monika asked, trying to hide her annoyance. "Yes." Yuri nodded. "Good." Monika responded, as she plopped Yuri's poem onto her desk. "MC, do you like anyone?" Sayori wondered, out of the blue. The whole room, went dead silent. No one spoke, no one moved, no one did anything, no one got up, everyone just stood silent. Monika froze, as her emerald, green eyes widened, as wide as, they could go. Monika clenched a fist tightly, around a ribbon from her white bow. Monika felt furious with Sayori for asking such a question! It wasn't fair! MC might not answer the question, using Monika's name. MC turned pink and glared at Monika."
