Lucy's pov

  "What are you about to do?"

I heard laxus say after grabbing my arm. Why does he care? I thought to myself, I mean he WAS one of the people that didn't ignore me but I didn't think he would care what I was doing.

"What does it matter to you?" I asked in a cold tone. He was silent for a bit and was about to say something but words didn't come out of his mouth, which for some reason it kinda hurt me that he didn't say anything, so I yanked my arm out of his hands and continued walking up the steps.

  I get to masters office and knock on the door.

Masters Pov

I was doing my paperwork from team natsu destroying more buildings when I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in" I said, when the door opens I look up from the pile of papers in front of me and see Lucy standing in the door frame with her head slightly down, this was not like her, where is that smile I used to see?

"Ahhh, Hello my child, What brings you here?" I ask once she reaches my desk. Her head is still held low but that changed once she began to speak

"Master.....I would like to leave the guild" She says with tears falling from her eyes, I look at her in disbelief "what made my child want to leave her only family.....her only home?" I thought to myself.

I was about to ask why when the door slammed open scaring both me and Lucy. We both look at who was at the door and see my grandson Laxus.

Lucy's pov

I hear the door slam open and master and I both look at the door to see Laxus standing in the door frame with a furious expression on his face and a bit of a dark aura surrounding him. He walks in slams the door and walks towards me.

"WHY ARE YOU LEAVING?!" He shouts at me, at look down at the floor again and let my tears poor out.

Laxus sees that I am crying and his aura softens a long with his expression he comes up to me and wraps me in a warm hug, I cry into his chest and let my tears fall out some more. "Why is my heart beating so fast just from a hug from Laxus? Wait.....no I can't be......" I thought to myself I pull away from Laxus and wiped away my tears I look up at Laxus and he has a hurt and concerned expression but I just ignored that and answered his question

"I wanna leave because for the past three months the entire guild except for my true friends have been ignoring me and made like I didn't even exists and just today I got kicked out of team Natsu and was called weak and a replacement, I'm tired of it" I say with more tears pouring from my eyes. I see master with a mad expression and Laxus with the same expression

"I see....ok my child I'll let you go just....promise me you'll be safe" Master says hoping on top of his desk and standing in front of me with tears at the edge of his eyes.

I nod "I promise master-" before I could finish what I was saying, Laxus interrupts me

"I'm coming with you then" he says standing next to me, I look up at him and he looks back down at me, I quickly turn away and blush and Laxus does the same. At thee corner of my eye I see master with a smirk on his face but I just ignored it.

"Is it ok if he goes with you Lucy?" Master asks with the same smirk on his face, I look back at Laxus and look back down at the floor, I nod my head Yes and sighed. Laxus was smiling once I nodded "Well that's something you don't see everyday" I say to myself.

"Ok then give your marks" Masters says and we do what we were told, he raises his hands over our guild marks he mumbles words that I didn't know and his hands began to glow, once he was done he puller his hands away and our guild marks were gone.

We thank him and leave his office. We walked down the steps and head towards the door and out the guild we went, But what we didn't know was that someone was listening the entire time.
