Sarah pov
The school was mostly empty some students couldn't go home so they have to stay in the west wing. We walked to the Head Mistress's Office, we came up to the big dark brown doors and stopped. He looked at me and said "Sarah you have to do this on your own and secretly. Students aren't even allowed up here, I could lose my job." I stood looking at the doors, "I know Kiran I can and will do this. I have a feeling that I can't ignore." I see him nods from the corner of my eye and open the doors. We both walk in, he walked off the look at the surrounding. I slowly walk up to her, I almost throw up looking. Her body was rotting, but how? It looks about two weeks old. I saw her yesterday, she looked fine except not having her Demon. She smelled horrible, we were both very much confused. When a person dies their Demon turns to ash right next to them if they don't lock it up.
Dr. Kiran examines the body as I try to make sense of the office. When students get in trouble they come up here, people say her office is very organized. The room as a mess burned out candles, papers scattered all around the floor. Another thing on the floor was a broken necklace with black and red gems scattered on the ground. I bent down to grab it, I've seen her wearing it around for past few weeks. I bent down and the second I touched it. I blacked again and I felt arms catch me before the ground.
