I quickly ran back to the room to find Gray laying outside the door waiting for me to come back. Picking him up and moving to the bed, I sat down on the messy bed. I grabbed the book and tried to focus, nothing happened. "What? How does this work?" I didn't hear the door open and close. "Stop focusing on the book, focus on what's in the book. Look through the pages without actually opening it. Pick a date, a day you would like to see." I look up to see Kiran leaning against the door. "Don't overthink but don't underthink." He left closing the door behind him, what did all of that even mean? I looked at Gray with confusion, what was with the riddles?
"Stop focusing on the book, focus on what's in the book. Look through the pages without actually opening it. Pick a date, a day you would like to see. Don't overthink but don't underthink." I whisper to myself a few times with my eyes closed. I got it, I finally understood what he meant.

I went to the date I think Hecate was killed, it was almost at the end of the book. I got there but it was blank, the whole page was blank....what does this mean? I touched the blank page wishing there was something there.

I woke up sitting in a chair, I did it. I didn't wake up on the ground, I think I'm starting to get the hang of this. Was this the murder? I'm in Hecate's office, the door opens quickly and slams shut. I see Hecate walk in looking worried, she ripped open the letter in her hands. Reading it, I can see the color drain from her face. She runs around the room getting weapons and getting ready for a fight. What did that letter say? "Your back my dear, I see you're getting better at your powers" I turn around to see Hecate but younger. I look behind her to see another person, it was Aeron but younger. "Um hello again Aeron, Hecate." They both smiled at me, they look cute together. "This is both our memory my dear, this is my final memory." Hecate says. Aeron looks at me "When I was resurrected I lost myself completely, I don't remember my true self. I lost my Demon, and so I lost my mind."
