Cam's POV
It's been a week since we've talked to the girls. After the party last Friday we decided to leave them alone, especially since they figured out we only decided to talk to them then because it was a bet, we all decided it would be best to leave them alone even though we'd have to face the humiliation of our friends. I don't know when I'm going to talk to Bree next, but hopefully it's soon.
As I walked through the hallway, headed towards my class, I heard something that caught my attention. To my left, a familiar voice was arguing with someone else. I looked over to see Bree sitting on the tile floor with books and papers laying around her, she was trying to pick them up but when I looked up, Chris was standing there, of course.
I stood there, debating on whether I should beat his ass now, or wait for him to leave then help Bree. This whole situation was ironic. I can't believe I'm actually standing here thinking about my feelings towards her and staring at her shiny hair and sparkling eyes as she argues with the biggest dick in the school.
"You're really just a repulsive douche bag, Chris. Get the hell away from me." She yelled at him while gathering papers and carelessly throwing them in her locker. He crouched down next to her and whispered something that made her try to slap him.
"Just leave me alone!" She yelled at him again as he stood up.
"For now." He teased. That's it, he's done.
"She said leave her alone." I repeated her words and stepped towards him, honestly not caring how it escalated.
"And what are you going to do about it?" Chris chuckled mockingly and rolled his eyes. I looked down to see Bree still sitting with her back against her locker and her stuff on the floor, just looking up at me helplessly, almost. Like she wanted to say something but she wouldn't. "We all know about how she rejected you." He laughed again.
"That doesn't mean I'm going to let someone like you mess with her." I objected.
"I've already messed with her." He grinned and looked down at her before walking away.
I kneeled down by Bree who looked like she was going to say sorry, burst out in tears, or both, so I didn't even ask and just grabbed her bag and put her stuff in it, then grabbed her cheer bag and put in the open locker next to her and shut it.
I stood up, then reached out for her hand, which she surprisingly took and smiled, standing up and grabbing her bag out of my hand.
"Well, at this point were already very late for class.." I trailed off suggestively. "Wanna go do something? Just to get your mind off whatever happened, you don't even have to tell me anything else before I showed up, or you can just go to class i just thought-" she cut me off with a giggle.
"Yes, Cameron, I'll go with you.. But just as friends." She looked up at me and smiled that beautiful smile, I nodded and started walking towards the back door with her so we could leave without getting caught. I had no idea where I was going to go with her, but all that mattered to me was that I was with her, just her.

Madi's POV
It's only the beginning of the day, third period, but I keep finding myself anxious. Like I'm waiting for something. None of us girls have made any contact with the guys for a week now, but I keep finding myself wishing we would be with them right now.
It's not even that I wanted to keep messing with them, but I'm genuinely convinced that I want to get to know Jack. We only got to talk for a day but he was so nice. Even if we don't end up being anything, I just want him around.
I decided to go for a walk around the school and get my mind off of this, somehow, if that even works. I walked to my locker and opened it, as if there would be something else in there besides what I left in there this morning.
But to my surprise, there was. I pulled out Jack's hoodie and a note fell out of it. I picked it up and it said 'Turn around <3'
I did as it said and there he was, Gilinsky was standing there like a little kid with puppy dog eyes and a smile. I walked over to him but didn't say anything, honestly just because I didn't know what to say.
"I'm sorry?" He told me more like a question and tensed up.
"For?" I asked.
"The bet.." He mumbled and looked down.
"I don't even care." I picked his head back up and kissed his cheek, while he pulled me in for a hug.
[A/N: writers block ATM I don't know what else to say I might keep Madi's POV for the next chapter IdK]
