I'll admit, I have a small crush on Zion but, I won't let it ruin our relationship.

The best thing about my painting class is that this is best place to think like this. Makes me focused to the point where I loose track of time.

"Alright guys, pack up then class is over," The professor announces.

I wash my brushes and pick up, ready to go back to my dorm. My loose blue tank top and black jean shorts are covered in paint swatches including my arms in legs. I take out my bun to redo it and open the dorm room with my elbows, struggling slightly.

Once I get the door open, I see Zion casually sitting in the sweet room that all of my dorm mates share.

I forget about my hair from surprise, "Oh hey!"

"Hey just thought we could just hang out before rehearsals get too busy," Zion says.

"Yeah," I smile and start to walk into my room, "I'm sorry, I'm such a mess."

"It's aight," Zion says as he plops down onto my bed.

"So did Dylan let you in?" I ask, shuffling through my closet for some clean clothes and wipes to wipe of the paint from my skin.

"Yup"

I take out some comfortable shorts and an oversized shirt to change into and start wiping down my arms.

"You must be Jamaican cause Jamaican me crazy!" Zion states out of the blue, making me to giggle.

"Cover your eyes," I say and turn around to change, "Ok You're good."

I stand in front of Zion smiling, "You look comfortable."

"Sure as hell am, but you know what would be even more comfortable?" Zion asks, "if you were in bed with me," He finished and wiggles his eyebrows suggestively.

"Are you sure you don't want a stuffed animal?" I joke around and put my hair up into a bun.

"Naw I'm good shawty," He says and takes my hand to pull me closer.

I snuggle next to him with his arm around my shoulders nice and comfortably.

This is what some friends do, right?

"Your warm," I say, nestling further into him as he seems to be doing the same.

"You're cute," Zion simply replies just looking at me.

"Stop staring, this ain't what friend do," I say closing my eyes, tired.

"Well you are different," Zion says back his voice slowly getting drowned out until I knock out.

"Hey Hazel, are we going to head to class, we have to leave-" Dylan starts walking into my room and stops when she sees me.

I groggily open my eyes and look to see who I was sleeping next to.

Zion.

"Oof, Sorry Dylan I forgot, go out without me I'll just be late," I groan and stretch a bit.

"Alright I'll see you there, bye babe," Dylan says with a knowing smile and walks out.

I begin to sit up causing Zion to stir but he keeps his eyes closed.

I get up and roam through my closet to pick out an outfit, deciding on the basic black ripped jeans, a surf hoodie, and some high tops navy converse. Leaving Zion in my room, I head into the shared bathroom to change, wash my face, brush my teeth, and put on contacts.

"Good morning Hazel," my room mate Jessica greets me.

"Good morning," I greet back getting a granola bar and apple from the kitchen.

"Do you have a boy over?" Jessica teases, wiggling her eyebrows.

"Just a friend," I respond, rolling my eyes jokingly and walk back into my room.

I see Zion has flipped over and stretched out my entire bed.

"Hey Zion wake up,"

"Ehhhhh," He responds.

I sit down on my desk, apply mascara then lipgloss and redo my hair.

"Cmon I got to get to class"

"Okay five more minutes,"

"Nope, you gotta get home," I say starting to pack my backpack thinking I'll only be ten minutes late to class if he gets up now.

I drag his arm and try to shake him, he simply tries to swat me like I am a fly.

Finally, after a while he flips back over and opens his eyes.

"Ugh"

"I got to head to class, go home soon okay?"

"Mmmm," he mumbles and pulls me down for a hug, "okay."

He lets go so I grab my backpack and head out the door to my class.
